Hello, I am having trouble with page-print order on my officejet pro 9015. At the moment, it prints the first page of a multi-page document first. It then finishes with the last page. With this, every time I print a multi-page document I have to reorder the pages to attain the correct order. There has to be a simple fix to this I can't seem to locate. PLease help!

HP Device Monitor issue
I want to disable or improve the HP Device monitor which seems to be using an inordinate amount of CPU.
I don't mind using it connected via USB but this is a family printer that is used by others via wifi so I don't think I can with this off.
What can I do. Can I use the printer using USB from my iMac and everyone else use wifi

Error code 41.03.02
I'm getting a error code of 41.03.02 unexpected size. When through all processes to fix other than replacing sensors(Flossing to see if there was any paper pieces lodged and using caned air to blow out anything that might block a sensor). Any other suggestions?

Bought the Cartridge 202A and it’s package showing compatible with Laserjet MFP M281 fdw. But after installing it into the printer. It shows the incompatible supplies error. Can anyone help me on this issue?

Laserjet Pro mfp m227fdn driver will not install
I have a Laser Jet Pro MFP M227fdn which was previously attached to a 64 bit Windows 7 PC via USB and working correctly. That was switched out for a new Dell Optiplex 5040 running Windows 10 64 bit (version 1903, build 18362.418) , with all updates. When going through the install, when the software asks that the USB be plugged in, Windows sees the machine (setting up the Fax and Scanner) but the installation software does not "see" the printer ("finish" without connecting). I have completely removed the printer, drivers, and software multiple times and started from the beginning. I've tried installing using the HP software and waiting to plug in the USB, I've tried plugging in the USB first and letting windows do its thing. No matter what I do, the HP software never recognizes the printer.

New MFP M340 will not wake up from control screen or job, and print jobs have black lines on pages
My new MFP M349 has two problems that have developed.
Sometimes it will not wake up either from control panel screen nor from a print job sent to it.
And it is putting black lines on the print pages.

"Document Feeder Empty" - Why am I getting this in my status?
Hi, I have a similar problem. When I try to scan from the flat bed I am getting a message up which says 'Automatic Document feeder is empty' - but I am NIOT using the ADF..... I have adjusted paper and tried again to no avail.
This has never happened since I biought the printer - but has started since my iMac had an OS Catalina update two days ago - cannot scan at all now!! Can you help please.

LaserJet m1212 plastic baggie melted to fuse roller
I have a LaserJet m1212 printer that I've never had an issue with. Today when I went to print I didn't realize there was a little plastic bag pushed back on the top of my paper tray. When I clicked print the printer pulled the first sheet of paper and the plastic bag. The plastic bag got stuck and is now melted to the fuse roller (I think that's what it's called, it's the orange roller inside the printer). How do I disassemble my printer to get to the roller and remove the plastic bag?
I purchased this printer at a great price and don't want to get another one. I worked at an electronics company years ago so I'm not afraid to take the printer apart but can't find disassembly instructions online.

Double sided printing
I have just bought the printer, which does not support automatic double sided printing and only supports manual double sided printing. Whilst I have followed all the relevant instructions, the printing does not continue after I restack the papers and press the 'continue' button on my laptop. What can I do? Thanks! 🙂

Theres wayyy to much black, can't figure out how to fix it, I've tried cleaning, calibrating etc. I'm thinking maybe it could be the new cartridge?

HP LaserJet M1212nf MFP not printing but toner ok
I'm having a problem with my printer. It isn't printing on the left side of the page. I've checked the toner cartridge (it still has toner), printed the cleaning page 3 times, printed the test page 3 times, printed the config page and other sample pages all with the same result. I had a baggie that got stuck but parts of it came out when running these pages. If there's any still stuck in there I can't see it. Is there an easy way to take apart the printer to get to the orange roller to see if there's something stuck to it that's preventing printing?
