HP M479 MFP printing issue - Office or Windows
Hi guys,
Hope you guys can try and help me. I have had HP and Microsoft work remotely on my pc and another pc trying to get a printer to work properly. To no avail, the printer does not want to work like it should. I had a friend get on remotely and he installed the basic driver and it works 100% on my pc now.
We are trying to install the same HP Color laserjet M478-479 MFP on two other computers that is running Windows 10, all updates have run smoothly, only 1 update was removed (KB4524147), but still no luck, both the computers are running Office 365 Personal, I have tried the same printer on my pc (Win 10, Office 2010) and it works like a charm. Now my only conclusion is that the office package is somehow causing this printer to not work. Does it make sense.....no.
Can someone please try and assist with my issue, I will try anything now seeing that HP and Microsoft could not help remotely. I will answer all the questions you might have for me.

Problemas con impresora HP Color LaserJet FlowMFP M682
Cada vez que Windows instala la actualizacion KB4524148 mi impresora HP Color LaserJet FlowMFP M682 deja de funcionar, tengo que estar desinstalando la actualizacion para que la impresora funcione. Alguna solución o idea de lo que pueda hacer para evitar este problema.

I have a problem with HP MFP M775 Error 30.03.30.
I replaced Scanner unit, SCB controller and ADF assembly but nothing help.
And of course the last firmware.
Printer works for 2 hours and then back to the error state.

Printer mispick error message
I have a problem with my printer Laserjet cp 1025 color
After printing some pages i get this message
Sometimes in the beginning of printing or sometimes even after printing the last page
So it comes in variable times.
I have tried:
1.reinstall drivers
2.reset the printer
3.change paper materials
4.resitting PC
5.tried to print with other PCs with different windows versions
6.i took it to the experts to check the internal hardware and they said all are ok
So it seems like its a software issue

Scanning to computer not working, but copier and printing works
I'm having an issue with a printer at a site where they are trying to scan documents via the adf and the scanner bed and they are getting an error saying that the scanner has lost connectivity to the computer. I understand they have reinstalled the software (not sure if its updated software mind you) but it seems to me that its either a networking issue or a software issue. I am just asking the community their thoughts on this but it seems to be more of the software then it would be a hardware issue to me. Thank you to those that have input on this.

My Color LaserJet Pro M252dw doesn't print envelopes
I recently purchased a new M252dw and it's been functioning very well, but I tried printing an envelope using WordPerfect, and while the envelop feed into the printer just fine, it came out without any printing on it.
I tried a few times and cannot get an address to print out on the printer.

I bought MFP M130fw but it is named MFP M129-M134 on the computer, is that normal ?
Yesterday I bought new Hp Lazerjet MFP M130fw
I connected it to my computer and everything is fine but I noticed that it is named HP LaserJet MFP M129-M134 on the computer which is another product I guess, So I need to know is this normal or there is an issue with the product ?
It is new and sealed 100%
I tried contacting the support but the live support doesn't support my region and the phone number is an international call and couldn't found an email it message the support

HP Colour LaserJet Pro MFP 280nw suddenly stopped working as a printer
I've had my printer for 6 months, and been using it perfectly over my wifi network. Last week, it suddenly stopped printing. The error message says that "the printer is not installed correctly" (I can get full details of the error message tomorrow if needs be).
I thought it was my laptop, so I tried installing the printer on a different laptop, also windows 10, but the printer is not visible as a wifi printer to install. I can find it via WiFi direct, and install it. I can even print a test page from the installed wifi direct printer on the laptop, but I still get the same error message when I try to print a PDF or other document to the WiFi direct version of the printer. The WiFi setup test page is all perfect, and no errors are shown. I re-joined the printer to the wireless network, re-entering the passcode for the WiFi etc, but still it is not working.
I also tried plugging in a USB printer cable, but still the printer is not visible on the laptop to install the driver. I did notice that when the USB cable is plugged in, my laptop sees the printer as a USB storage drive. Has something broken on the printer perhaps?
I can still photocopy, so it's not the toners or paper feed etc.
Any ideas?
The printer hasn't moved, the wifi network hasn't changed, nothing has been changed at all - it just suddenly stopped working.

HP4515 Windows 10 - Unable to configure printer
Brand new Win 10 Pro install.
Downloaded the 8.6 9/21/19 Universal Driver from HP for 4515. Setting up as a Network Printer. Private network, Network discovery on, File and Printer Sharing on.
Ran the installer, all seems to go well, set up by IP address. Printer shows as "Unspecified". No right click menu. Unable to manage it.
Ran "add Printer", but it was "not listed" so again I added it by IP. Printed a test page OK. Does not show in printers, but does when I go to print a document.
Went to device manager and cleaned things up.
Rebooted and running add a printer again. This time it found the printer, so I selected it. Now going on 20 minutes trying to add the printer. Settings=> Printers and Scanners shows the printer and lets me get to the controls, but says it's out of paper (not!). Add device is still playing in the background.
Something is not right. Any know issues with this driver?
No issues with Win7 PCs and older drivers.

No Display on HP M607 LaserJet

I have a display issue with my M607 laser printer. The issue is that my printer turns on, and starts up. I'm not sure if it is a power issue or a display issue. Can anyone help out?

New Ink not registering - but no error code
Hi community! So My black ink ran out, purchased a new one, and it didn't register. I did all the steps to trouble shoot and still no luck, thought it was the ink. Exchanged it for a brand new one. Same issue. I have a Photosmart 5520 and the ink is 564. Never had this issue before...help!

HP Scan cannot find device, yet printing works fine to same MFP
Got a remote office with just a few staff all working off the same Wi-Fi network. They've got a ColorLaserJet MFP M278-M281 and can print to it fine via the IP address (same subnet), but they cannot scan - they say they used to be able to, but it stopped working a few weeks ago.
I've remoted into their laptops and taken a look, but have reached a dead-end. I uninstalled and re-installed the printer software, downloading the fully featured version from the HP website and set the printer up in Windows fine. But when I try to run the HP Scan program, it just says "The HP LJ M278M281 was not found" and an OK button, which just quits the program.
I've downloaded Print and Scan Doctor and went through the Scanning Problems wizard - it checked everything and came back with a whole list of green ticks, but then when I asked it to do a Test Scan, the same error message appeared. I can provide screenshots if needed.
Can anyone suggest what steps to try next?

M281 will print test page but nothing else...Windows Pro 8.1
I've been on hold for Tech Support for 3 days....this is critical. Printer will print a test page from computer(wireless), but will not print from any other program. Outlook, Word, Adobe are all affected. When it tries to print from Chrome, print page will pop up and before preview can load all the way, both Chrome and the print page will close. Quickbooks won't print anything, including pay checks/bill payment checks. It shows the following error message "There is a problem connecting to your currently selected printer, 'HP ColorLaserJet MFP M291 PCL-6 (4) on xxxxxxxxxx' (printer address deleted by me), you may need to change the port assignment from the windows printer settings or reinstall printer driver software." I get similar error messages from Outlook. I have deleted and reinstalled the printer driver. I have stopped and started the printer spooler. The printer queue is empty. HP Print and Scan Doctor says ,"Port Match issue fixed" It also says it updated the driver.

Toner recycling - how can I go abou it in Dubai, UAE?
I have submitted my request to be a part of the HP Printing Supplies Return and Recycling program, and have received my confirmation email, but I'm not sure who to follow-up with regarding my request.
I also can't seem to find any contacts online to call any representative from HP UAE.
Any advise on how to proceed would be much appreciated.

Moved house - can't get laserjet to see new hub
I have a Laserjet Pro 100 Colour MFP M175.
I've moved house and can't get the printer to forget the name of the router at my old house and instead connect with my new BT one. I clicked the Wireless menu on the printer, then WPS setup and it said 'click the WPS button on the router', which I did. The printer then tries to find it but always times out after 2 minutes. But the hub is only feet away from it! How can I make my printer behave?
NB: I'm on the latest version of W10 and using an HP laptop. Under 'Bluetooth and other devices' Bluetooth is switched on but when I click '+' add other devices it only finds my TV! The printer is ten feet from me.
