i brought a hp laserjet 126nw printer and able to connect it to my network and print wireless. But unable to enable hp webservices.
tried changing dns server address to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which is of no use. wanted to update firmware through usb which failed. it's showing that there is error with printer like paper is stuck.
please let me know how to enable hp webservices
We recently purchased this printer for our office and have discovered that it fails to print when particular TrueType/OTF fonts (such as Nimbus Sans) are used in Word and PowerPoint. Our systems use Windows 10 and there are no pending Windows updates.
Have tried both the Universal Print Drivers and the software CD but neither resolves this problem.
We have verified that the print drivers are installed and other documents appear to print correctly. Can you advise how to resolve this?
had to swap routers; now i cant get to place in Wireless Setup Wizard to change router info. message is feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer.

I use a HP laserjet 100 color MFP, connected through WIFI with a REVOLUTION FREEBOX server (FREE is a French internet service provider). The printer often falls offline.
Does anyone know how to prevent the print to turn offline (it requires to restart the REVOLUTION FREEBOX to revover) ?

I bought a new M281 printer and right after the first turn on I got "jam in tray 2" error .
I checked any possible trays and doors but didn't find any paper. Also tryed to unplug a power cord as recommended in HP support site, but without success - the error still exist.

The printer works from its own device screen, but not from my computer
I changed the password on my new printer HP MFP M281FDW through the web interface. I then tried to log into the printer again and I wasn't able to log in. I then tried to use the printers interface and it was locked also.
What the EEDFFF!!!
How do I reset the password? There are no instructions of this online?!
Also, since I had just configured the printer to scan to email I'd hate to loose those settings but I'd be willing to reseting them since I figured that out now.
Also, I just connected the printer to my lan (wired) on a specific router and I was thinking since this printer is wifi can't I connect this printer to my other router and therefore be able to print from both locations?

Hello! With this printer there is no possibility to change the printing status, to make pictures brighter, or make colour changes? I guess you can do this in Windows. I think that the print results are too green, but I can’t change it. This limitation is what sucks with having MacOS. Or have I missed something?

Does this printer print 2 sided to 2 sided.
My only optinos are 1 sided 1 and 1 sided 2.
It's a very expensive printer for it not to print 2 to 2.

I continue to receive the initializing message even after unplugging the power cord as other have suggested in the forum for the same issue. I've also done a hard reset of pushing the Cancel and Start Copy button together and still receive the same Initializing message after the PERMANENT STORAGE INIT message appears. The printer doesn't return to Ready.
Can I use HP LaserJet P2035 to print on tracing paper?
I am trying to do duplex printing on half-letter (8.5x5.5) paper, but in looking at the supported paper sizes for the duplexer, this size paper is too small for automatic duplexer so I need to use manual duplexing. Is there any way to print double-sided in MS Word 2016 using manual duplexing without having to go into the printer driver and changing the duplexer to "not installed"? My attempts at selecting "Manually print on both sides" prints in the wrong order - it results in the first page having pages 1&3 and the second page having pages 2&4, instead of 1&2 and 3&4 (as an example of a 4-page document).
