I have a 2yr old mfp225dw with about 100 page printed in its life. Now wont fully boot and gets stuck at initializing step. Followed similar steps given in this forum to try to reset by resetting NVRAM etc. Nothing works. Sometimes it gets stuck on Initializing ans sometimes also gives scanner error code 16. Appreciate any help?

As a company we have just purchased 3 laser jet printers, we would like to purchase new cartridges and recycle/sell our old cartridges to the same company if possible. Can anyone help?
When I print from InDesign, although the photos look great on Screen - MacBook pro - they are always dark - even after brightening them up in photoshop
I purchased the FMPM130fw less than 2 weeks ago. Installed it and it worked great. Two days ago when I tried to print I got an error message and it also showed the printer off line.
I have followed the steps to make sure the printer is on line. When I turned the printer off, disconnected the power cable and UBS cable, then reconnected and turned it back on, I now get in the message center "Ready 2 Download fw is corrupt".
What can I do or do I need to take it to a service center?

My HP LaserJet Pro MFP M277c6 printer panel is white. I have tried restarting and unplugging and that has not worked to reset it. Additionally, I have tried to update the firmware using my MacBook and it is unable to send the firmware because it is not able to locate the device during the device discovery phase of the install.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I really need my printer!
I had a paper jam. The paper tore and I was able to remove the pieces by the usual processes. But now the paper will no longer feed by either manual or tray. The printer seems to try to grab it 3 times in vain and then the error message come up to load tray, which it is already done. I cannot find any scrap of paper blocking anything. I retry, and reset but all in vain.
got this printer used with no software or manual and need to reset paswords so i can use the fax options as it is not coming up on the screen
I am having the same problem -- Error 79 on my M277dw when I try to scan a document.
I upgraded the firmware and did the hard reset as instructed. Problem remains.
Please let me know what do to next.

Hi, I am considering the purchase of an M254dw and would like to get a bit more information on it before I commit.
As far as I can tell from the on-line specs, this printer is basically the same as the M477FDW without the scan, copy and fax features... is that correct?
I have never owned a LaserJet and I'm wondering if this printer (or laser printers in general) continue to print in B&W if one of the color cartridges run out? ... a big frustration I have had with several Inkjets.

My laserjet printer is printing too dark, especially on the color setting. How do I lighten the color when printing from my laptop? All colors are printing dark. I've gone into my laptop settings and have not been able to find a place there to lighten or lessen the amount of ink used. My laptop is a 2016 Microsoft Surface Pro.
We have a CP5525 Laserjet printer that prints some pages fine, but then sometimes it prints random letters or prints part of a page. It seems like it only does this with certain files. any help would be appreciated.
Printed pages have significant smears. I've tried both "clean paper smears" and "clean cartridges" under tools, but it has not improved / corrected the issue. I am unable to print a readable "alignment page".
I have a HP Pavillion 570 series desktop computer. Suddenly, my HL-2070 Brother Laser printer is causing my computer to crash when I call for it to print. Cpu is icore 5 7500 windows 10 64 bit. Just reinstalled latest driver from Brother, no help.
Printer is fed A/C through a desktop power managment device, which is in turn connected to an APC 550 UPS. I did have an
HL-2040 before and had the same problem. Now I have a new computer and printer but the same problem. The printer prints even though the computer has crashed. The computer power light remains on. Has anyone tried a single device surge protector? Did you plug it into a UPS or ordinary power strip or directly into a wall outlet? Any suggestions?
My 8150 was working very well until a HP lady tech that had control on my computer trashed my 8150 print driver before I could stop her. She was evil. Since the printer is 17 years old, HP does not support it or provide drivers. I found the driver listed several places but they will not download and can't install. Hp should keep the drivers available. Why should I have to throw out a very good printer just because HP wants me to buy a new printer? Are there any other comapnies that have saved old drivers to sell to me? I expect an email reply.
The printer simply stopped working - no error lights on the printer itself.
The printer message says this - Stopped - 'cupsRasterInterpretPPD' had an error - Page header uses unus...
The message is then cut off. I assume that "unus" refers to the word unusual. No changes were made to bring on this message. Please advise.

I'm not sure how this happened but everything I try to print a page whether it be text or graphic the page prints with a bright yellow background colour. I've tried to see if I've accidentally click something I shouldn't have but can't seem to locate why all of a sudden this happens. Rather than having to buy a new printer I'd love for someone to help me fix it as it still is in good working order apart from the background colour.Thanks!
I cannot even begin to tell about all the problems with this printer.
First of all, the installation software stops randomly during the installation.
Secondly, the computer does not recognize the printer at random times (although i have a perfect usb cable connection): during softeare installation, during printing, during scanning.
Thirdly, duing scanning documents, the printer sometimes post an error message (as if it disconnected from the computer), I will not bother to post the error code, as i have seen a previous forum post on that matter and the problem is still unsolved.
At times, the printer refuses to keep scanning or printing after printing or scanning just a few pages.
At other times, the printer refuses to print from pdf, but will print the same pdf opened with chrome browser.
And sometimes, it will take the printer ages to print a 10-page document, while it may have printed the exact same document within a few seconds the day before.
None of it makes sense and you really need to re-do the software on this product. The problems mentioned above have been mentioned in other forum posts, I am not the only one facing them. Please solve this issues. All these problems discourage me from buying another hp product ever again, I am at the end of my wits on this one. I cannot act as a programmer, trying to solve another issue every day. I bought a multifunctional printer and I expect it to work properly every day, not to eat up my time every day trying to make it work.
I do not expect a programming instructions e-mail. I expect a software upgrade from your side solving all these issues for me and every other product user out there (and I have noticed on the forum that there are plenty).

printer does print but does have an erorr messege(supply memory erorr) how do i clear this erorr.
