The screen of the printer is locked, the only buttons that are responding are the "?" and "home" buttons outside the touch screen. I have rebooted the printer, updated the software. Still no lucK. any suggestions???

Printer in Error Status
My Officejet 6958 is in an error state on all of my computers and will not print either through the network or USB connection after the latest Windows 10 update. I tried the fix suggested in the forum but it did not apply to my setup. Does anyone know of a viable fix for this problem?

CP5225n only printing black-no color
Hi - new CP5225n LaserJet - testing Word and Excel - it only prints black and white. The demo page does print in color.
Add the printer in Windows 10, it provides the driver (says that it queries the printer for the driver).
It appears that when I manually update my computer with the latest version of the PCL 6 driver downloaded from HP, the printer does print in color.
Question: Can I get the printer to know that there is a newer PCL driver - so that when I have my 25 network users add the printer, they get the newest driver with the printer?
OBTW - firmware is up-to-date.

HELP! I can't install my printer
I have a LaserJet p2055 dn which I brought from my office (where it worked just fine) and can't install it. I've tried everything possible HP's website, many other sites and youtube tutorials too. Any other tips or suggestions to help me?

Laserjet HP 1200 doesn't print through LPT port
Hello everyone! Please help me! I have this old printer, but its usb port is broken for a long time and it works through LPT port when computer was in Domain. Now computer is not in network, just alone. I try to set drivers; pcl 6; pcl 5, but all of them set printer with connection through Dot 4 port, and it doesn't work - error test page mode. I try to set driver for LPT port manually but result the same.

Squeaking noise on HP LaserJet 5200, possibly paper-delivery roller
Hi all, we've got an HP LaserJet 5200 that is intermittenly making a sqeaking noise when printing. This is only a noise issue, all pages printed by the printer come out fine. The squeaking doesn't happen all the time, it seems to be happening on print jobs that are about 20+ pages. When the sqeaking happens, the sound comes from the rollers that are at the top of the printer - the best way to describe them is they are the only rollers that are visible when the printer is fully assembled. When the noise happens and I put my finger on one of the rollers, the squeaking goes away.
I tried putting a few drops of lubricating oil on the parts that make contact with the shaft, but this didn't seem to help with the squeaking.
- Is the part on the printer that the noise is coming from called the paper-delivery roller?
- How difficult is it to replace? Are there instructions on the Internet or a video that can be watched showing the replacement procedure?
- Does the part come fully assembled or would it need to be put together?

Hp laserjet 3020 printer with USB connection needs driver for faster printing
I updated the printer driver and printer would not work, so I installed Hp Laserjet 3020 UPD PS driver, but it is very slow and uses up all of the printer memory when printing lengthy documents. What printer driver can I install to get back to the fast and non-memory using printing that I formerly had? I am using Windows 10 (64 bit) operating system and USB connection to printer/scanner.

I'm getting the 59.F0 Error on the M452dn.
There are several walkthroughs for cleaning the position sensor on other models, but can't find one for this one.
Does anyone have a video or walkthrough for this model of printer please?

color Laserjet 1600 has a blue green swipe down the page
Ink levels are all fine... prints with a blue and green smear vertically down the entire page.... how can i fix this? I am technical.....

HP M477fdn service error 79 rebooting
I tried to configure HP M477fdn color mfp, it is fine as long as it is connected to USB but after connecting to the network, it starts rebooting with service error 79.
I put brand new firmware and tried factory reset but nothing worked so far.

Incredibly slow printing after reformatting laptop (Mac with Parallels) and page size change in doc
Reformatted Mac, with El Capitan, Parallels 13, Windows 10, Office 2013. Since installing (reinstalled printer driver) document of 9 pages taking about 3 or more hours to print. Normall print time about 2 minutes.
In addition my document in Excel which is set for a4, has lost its settings - 9 pages each document. Default page on printer driver set for A4.

Cannot scan to network folder on MAC
I have the same experience. 75 dpi works. Nothing else does. Its pretty ridiculous that this cant be made to work right. I bought the HP since its the one apple has on their store so I figured the scanning would be good. Nope.
Anyone know if there is a way to network scan via a USB connection? I could try that.

Error Msg: Insufficient Memory
Every print I make comes out giving me this error message: PCL XL Error - InsufficientMemory
What can I do to fix this and print without any problem.

Printer says memory Low: job cancelled OR only printing one copy
Printer keeps saying memory is low. It cancels the job or only prints one page of many. It is all of a sudden this is happening. Cant seem to find anything on this problem when using a Chromebook.

Printer error printing
hello, i recently brought a new hp laserjet m402n and i already installed newest driver but my problem is the printer some time take very long time to print and some time it show "error print", it's not a consistency error but some time it happend, sometime it's not. I try reset printer spool, reset the printer, reset the computer it worked but 15 mins later it not work anymore. any help?

Printing RDS server 2016
Hi,
we are having some issues with printing under RDS and Server 2016.
We have installed multiple printers on Printerserver and which we share with domain.
When we add the devices by printer wizard, the printer port does not get an ip adres as port but a name
such as: HST_PRINTERNAME
Is this normal.
But also sometimes printers are dissapearing in de RDS session, or become inaccessible. I still see the printers, but cant print any job anymore.
Any ideas what there could be wrong?

P2035 no duplex/watermark options
Recently swapped broken P2014 for P2035 taken from another user.
W10 loaded printer when plugged in but printer properties options are very very limited, on previous installation options were there for manual duplex and watermarks but not now.
I tried loading driver from HP site but still no difference ?
Annoyed that I cannot work this out myself

Loss of ink while printing on HP LaserJet P1005 with toner at 70%
Hello,
I have an old HP LaserJet P1005 with a problem that I have never found a way to repair. After printing some pages (+-40) it starts losing ink intensity while it is printing:
Note: Ignore the blue bars, below that is well printed.
I have already clean it several times(by hand an through software), changed toners but the problem persist. I have also change it from one computer to another.
I am not a specialist in printers, but I am thinking that this problem may is happening because of the image unit who is not a removable part of this model.
Anyone?
