I am looking for a printer that can print upto 150,000 pages per month and after analyzing i have found m506dn was suitable for my purpose. But the question here is ,
Can i print upto 350 gsm card in m506 printer?
If not can somebody tell me which printer i can choose with to print 150,000 pages per month with 350 GSM paper?

I have a problem when printing, random pages will show up with cut text or misformed characters.
This will only happen around the top of the page.
This issue has just appeared and has been going on for the last couple of days.
I have tried printing on different PCs, but the issue still occurs.
Here are some scans of the pages for reference.
Run a print quality troubleshooting page. This creates separate prints from each of the four toner cartridges.If the problem persists through all four colors, compare the samples with the images belowIf the problem is isolated to one color, set the printer to Disable Cartridge Check and swap cartridges. If the problem disappears, the old cartridge was obviously bad. Hi,
I have a printer on site which when printing makes some really loud clunking noises.
It appears to be coming from the back of thr printer.
I have tried the numerous different steps of checking the cogs, taking things out cleaning things up; although still no joy!
I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue

We have a networked HP M451dn printer. Several users print to it. It appears that large file jobs (8.50MB) are erroring out. Is there a maximum for file sizes of a print file? The small jobs seem to print fine, but the large files tend to hose up the print queue.
Is LaserJet1320 compatible with Windows10?
Windows 10 was recently installed on my computer and since that time it refuses to recognise my Laserjet1320 printer. The IT person who tried to install the driver and connect the printer didn't manage and finally gave up, saying it is just an old printer and it is not compatible with Windows10. Is this really the case or is there a solution?
I would be really grateful if you could inform me about this and also give me advice as to what the problem might be.
I no longer can print in color from Picasa; only in B&W.
The printer can print in color the Test Page.
All toner cartridges replaced less than 30 dyas ago.
I have looked at ALL Picasa Print Options to find a print in "Color or B&W Option" but could not find one.
As an ex-Okidata laser printer Product Manager I can only say, "I am stumped".

I am sharing printer from Win 7 PC. It´s connected directly to this PC and shared on network.
However when I am trying to add a printer onother PC with Win 10 automatic scan doesnt find any printer in netwok.
When I manually select it trough browse button I find that shared printer in homegroup folder but when I add it I get a message:
No driver found.
System windows cant find driver for HP Universal Printing PCL 5 in network. If you want to find driver manually, click OK. If not click cancel and turn to network admin or to web of the printer developer.
Of course I click ok and windows ask from me some type of .INI file which I cant find nor download anywhere. On HP drivers site theresonly PCL 6 driver and its not working when I try to install it.
Please where I can find this INI file I need ?

We've made the switch over to Office 365 for email. Rather than an on premise Exchange server.
We have alerts on our printers to inform us when toner is low etc.
The problem I'm finding with the LaserJet P4015 & P4515 is that it doesn't list an SMTP port, unlike the M476's.
I get an error when inserting the credentials I've used previousally (which work on the M476).
"SMTP Protocol Error: 530 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM...."
We've setup a few M476's with no issues.
Has anyone come across this issue / have a solution to retrieve alerts?
Or if this is even possible on these models.

The ink cartridge can not be retrieved. It is blocked by two plastic rectangular items, one on the right, and one on the left. The black plastic items are in turn blocked by some type of catch which can not be found. Hence, when you pull the black plastic items back in order to retrieve the cartridge, the catch is almost broken.
There is plenty of ink in the ink cartidges because I just replaced a couple of them and the ink level shows good on all. The color was wacky right after I installed the new black caratidge. Then, the ink stopped showing up on the page all-together. The printer is receiving the print job from my PC justt fine and acts like it's printing the job, but nothing is on the page when it comes out of the printer.
After a lot of fixed issues with this printer, now i get 13.D3.FF when printing double side. I check all the sensors seems fine. Any ideas?

My 2 day old printer has a paper jam at the BACK and I cannot get the paper out:-(
First paper jam, I wedged it out, I think a piece of paper was left in, but cant tell....now a second paper is jammed and I have no idea on how to get it out since its at the back of the machine .
Please help, important work to print !!!!!
I scanned and printed one document, then the next document had a selected few characters print, extremely faintly, and all subsequent pages printed blanks. Tried both documents and PDFs, tried printing from files and also emails. Replaced black ink cartridge, no changes. All other cartridges are original HP, relatively recent, good print levels. Diagnostic page prints perfectly. Maybe some kind of communication issue between my compter and the printer? Cant find any current forum issues that address this.

My printer has all of a sudden stopped recognizing my computer. I was always able to print fine. My husband can print successfully from his computer in his office but my computer suddenly doesn't seem to be communication with my printer, even though it shows up as a wireless device "connected". I have removed the printer and reinstalled it but the problem persists. Help!

I've just bought a LaserJet Pro M102W printer a week ago, and I can't make it work properly. First, when I introduced the Installation CD, it didn't run any applications (tried in two computers). I had to download the driver online. After trying and failing 2 times, on the third time it finally worked... but only on WIFI mode. If I connect the usb to the computer, it recognizes there is a usb connected but it says there is no connection when I try to print it without the WIFI mode on. I've been printing from another computer as well via WIFI, and after the second day, I couldn't print anymore through that computer. I got the error:

My HP Laserjet Printer is making noise at initialising and printing. Looking in HP Tool-software code 13.000 is given. But I can see no rest of paper in the printer where paper-transport.
Strangely, changing the toner to an enpty toner-cartridge, it isn't making that noise anymore. But then it gives a printer jam.
I did this as well, can I please have steps to fixing this mistake.
