HP LaserJet Pro M402dw won't print from windows server 2008 r2
I have recently installed our new HP LaserJet Pro M402dw onto our network. I have succesfully installed drivers onto several of our local PC's and have been printing with ease. Now I am trying to install the drivers on to our server and have been unsuccesful. Our server is running Windows Server 2008 R2. I've tried all of the drivers listed on HP's driver page for Windows Server 2008 R2 related to the LaserJet Pro M402dw. Typically what happens is I install the driver, connect it via TCP/IP address (Same as our local machines) and then try to print a test page. When the driver is freshly installed, I can see that the test page is sent to the printer from within the print queue. The printer will activate, like it's warming up, but then nothing prints. When I try this in subsiquent attempts, the printer doesn't even activate but i will still see that something is sent through the print queue. I did try another HP printer driver that is not for this particular printer. With that driver, I did get something to print. What was printed was not a test page though, instead it was a line that read "Unsupported Personality. UNKNOWN". Any ideas what might be going wrong?

2015DN manual feed tray won't feed paper
Printer runs fine from media tray (tray 2) in both single and double sided printing. However, if I try to print from the manual feed tray nothing happens and the prinetr just sits there and does nothing. No error messages or error lights. Any ideas?
Printer setting appear to be identical to a second 2015dn on another PC.

wireless icon suddenly disappeared from printer
Hi Everyone,
We've had this hp printer for 2 years & we've always printed wirelessly from our macbook pros with no problem. Suddenly, the wireless icon went missing from the screen on the printer, so I can't figure out how to connect it to the wifi in our home.
Attached picture shows where the icon used to be.

Printing error
We have been experiencing sporatic issues where the machine is returning a "Document misprint" error message, when, in fact, the page has already printed. It will subsequently print again. Any suggestions?

Print set to 11x17, but printer thinks it is SRA3
The print settings calls out for 11x17, and the tray has 11x17. When I send a print, the printer pauses and asks for SRA3 to be installed, but then I can press the OK button to get it to print on the 11x17. Any ideas how to get the printer to recognize that I want 11x17?

Why aren't my Avery Labels and Cards lining up as they did before I got this new laptop?

touch screen frozen
About 7 days ago i got a solid blue screen that had on it my computer was infected... a lot of info 1 item was about bios. it gave a www. hp path then shut down. I run microsoft essentials, ccleaner, malwarebytes. I did updates. My printer will print and scan but the printer screen is frozen so i cannot copy or use the screen. I removed the printer and downloaded the 16aug17 driver and installed it twice with no success.
I tried a suggestion from here: remove cartridge, unplug all, hold power button to drain, plug straight to wall with no success. The question mark is lit up on the panel. Does anyone have any ideas? They would be appreciated.

Idle Printer Unresponsive To Print
After the Laserjet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw has been idle for a little while, it acts like it has gone to sleep and when I send a print job to it while it is sleeping, it is unresponsive to the print job sent from my Windows 10 PC, IPad or IPhone. In order to get it to respond to my print command, I must restart the printer every time it has been idle for a bit! What settings can I change to prevent the printer from going to sleep after being idle?

print quality from cpu
Am getting gray/black horizontal lines approx. 0.5in long and spaced approx. 1.0 inch apart along the right edge of the documemnt when in portrait printing mode. Am assuming something needs cleaned. Any suggestions would be most helpful

Driver installation
Hello,
We have an instrument running on WIN XP SP2. We cannot update windows to newer version or SP3. We would like to install LaserJet PRO 203 printer. When we want to install the drivers at the end we get a massage, the printer driver were not installed and we cannot use the printer. I have found out that this printer needs SP3 to run. Is this correct? And if yes, are there any other option driver (generic driver) to run this printer? The printer will be connected directly to PC via USB.
