HP Laserjet M605N Printer Error

We started getting an 81.09.00 embedded Jetdirect error on our printer.  We have had the printer in a network environment for over a year and it was working fine.   I called HP they did some initial troubleshooting which seemed to fix it that day but the next day we had the error again.   I called HP again they sent a tech with a new formatter board.  This seemed to fix the printer for about 1.5 weeks.  I called HP again and they sent a replacement printer - this printer displayed the same error.   I called hp again yesterday they sent a replacement printer today and this printer again is displaying the same error.   We connected the printer to a laptop peer to peer - no error and it printed fine - HP says this indicates the Jetdirect card is not bad.   We pull up a web page and navigate to the IP of the printer 169.x.x.xxx and I get a full page of options for the printer.   We print from the web page no issues.

 

I connect the printer back to our network and get the error instantly.   HP says its our network.   I have tried new cables, new power cable, a different RJ45 port...even a different location in the office and the error persists.   HP is putting the blame on our network.  Although nothing has changed in the network, no AV/Firewall, no windows firewall, and all other network printers are printing fine configured with either a static IP or handed down through DHCP.   Any help????

Hello, I'm having a problem with the drivers for the mfp hp laserjet pro 132fn for the windows 2008 R2 server OS. Not only the drivers available on the site and on the disk are not suitable. Also the tests for OS 2012 R2 and 2003 were performed. When the installation was manual, it was impossible to install the driver in the mode Kernel and when the installation is automatic, it gives an error, these drivers are not suitable for your operating system. What to do?

I keep getting ena error code 10.1003 supply memory error for my yellow toner. bought a new Hp toner and still getting the error.

Down loaded drivers and can't get it to attach to printer with USB cord, Say" No compatable with USB3   ? 

 

Please advise. I don't have the driver disc. 

Can i buy a new cable?

i have HP Laser jet pro 1025 printer. that is new printer, but now we can not print color all print came Black only. i change all 4 toners, but came same result. but accidently i open back door and close after print outs are get correctly. now we before printing open and close the back door and print, otherwise we can not get the color prints.

Very pale print on CP1525n

Hi All,

 

I have a CP1525n with very pale print.  This happened a couple of years ago but I couldn't find a quick answer online and needed to print quickly so I shelled out for another printer and put this one into storage.  I recently dug it out again.

 

The print is extremely pale,  so pale it is difficult to read it.  That is the case even when printing the test pages from the menu before a PC is even connected so it is not a problem with the PC.

 

It is still on the original cartridges and has only ever printed 170 pages.  Obviously the cartridges are still pretty much full.

 

I have tried a restore defaults,  cleaning page,  calibrate page and test page but no improvement.

 

Any ideas would be welcomed.

M177 Streak down left edge of paper

When I print I get a streak down the left side of the paper, flush to the edge, that is 1/4 inch.  It started happening after I replaced the toner cartridges.  Any idea how to fix it?  Thanks!

No error msgs... Printed out SUPPLIES STATUS page and the heading SUPPLIES STATUS prints out in shadowy words 6 times along left legend of the page.   BAD LASER ? 

Color Printer Always GOes to Initializing Error

Just purchased this printer 1 month ago and have it setup as a network printer with no wireless or cloud printing, strictly IPv4 networking.  Whenever someone goes to print the printer is stuck in an "Initializing" status with both the Green light and the Yellow Triangle flashing on the control panel.  The only way to get the printout is to turn off then on the printer.  Very friustrating!  How do you remedy this?

 

 

Black Streak

Have a black 1 inch streak appearing in middle of paper on an HP P3015 printer.  Could this possible be the fuser assembly??  Just put in a new toner and streak still showing up.  Thank you.

Dear Team,

 

Good Day !

 

I have server(Windows 10 32 Bit OS)  which I have connected my LaserJet Printer - printer is working fine - print & scan

 

Issue:

I have one client PC connected to server (Windows 7 64 Bit OS) in which print is working but not scan. When I tried to scan via HP Laserjet M1005 MFP TWAIN I am getting error like "Cannot communicate with scanner".

 

When print can come why not scan is happening ?

 

Quick resolution will be very much appreciated. I am facing this issue from past 2 years.

I have loaded paper into the printer and it is set for letter size, however it still won't print.  When I run the troubleshooter it says the printer needs paper.  I have already restarted the printer with no results.

Printing to our HP LJ CP4525 multiple copies gives square times multiple copies...

One of my users complained because a print job which he always asks multiple copys of is printed much more then he asked for.

When testing it appears 2 copies results in 4 pages printed and 3 copys results in 9 pages printed.

The printer shows on the display 2 copys and still it prints 4.

 

In short: I have 1 page with some text defined in Word 2010. When creating a new document same result. 

When sending the document to a different printer I get what I ask for so no problem.

 

Firmware for the printer I downloaded last week and was installed without giving a sollution.

 

Printer driver used is the HP Universal Print Driver.

Windows printer settings show collation off, mopier mode disabled and 'heavy 111-130gr' A4 paper defined.

Further all seems to be default as far as I can figure.

 

Tested with s different CP4525 models and both have the same issue, also tested with an 'CM4540 MFP' with same universal driver and there it works fine! (Installed the last printer on the machine where the issue was reported in the first place).

 

Hoping someone can give me a suggestion which helps me to find the sollution to this problem, I am already working for this for more days and I am completely out of options at the moment.

Display Frozen

Help!! Since Thursday a week ago all (3) my Laserjet Pro MFP 127fw displays are frozen...i can get it to print, but i cannot get the printer to copy anything because the displays are all frozen and will not accept any touch command. I have powered it off and on...i reset the modem/internet...i even changed the printer cartridges. Can someone give me some good advice on how to correct this...its happened to all the printers in my office.
