Misaligned Cyan Toner CLJ4700dn
Color Laserjet 4700dn with all genuine HP toners. Replaced the yellow toner yesterday and now the cyan is out of register with the other colours. I have removed and replaced all the toner cartridges the levels are Cyan 35%. Magenta 46% Black 11% image transfer 7% and fuser kit 28% Yellow 99%. I have tried quick and full calibration and nothing makes any difference. The cyan is still several millimetres off in the vertical plane of the page

Machine counts color page when set to print monochrome
This is an issue I posed last week and I have now isolated the problem. We have a network printer and all users on the network have a printer HP 570dn - BW and HP 570dn - Color. The black and white printer is set to monochrome printing as a default. If the image in the print preview window has any color in the document/page the machine counts the page as a color impression even though we have the machine set to print monochrome. If I select print grey scale the image turns to black and white and the image is counted as a monochrome impression. How do we set the BW network printer to the grey scale setting as a default for all users?

View print history on T730
I have a new HP printer and cannot figure out how to view the print log / history. I it connected to a network and I need to view the account of the last few print submissions. In the past I just hit the IP of the printer but this one takes me to some obnoxious embedded web server with very few real choices.

Connection error checking for FW update
Just got this M402dn printer yesterday, works very well printing over network using HPLIP on Linux. But was trying to set up Google Cloud Print and that wasn't working so then tried to do a FW update check and that gives a "Connection Error" with no other clue. No error messages from the Web interface to the printer when trying to set up Cloud Print, but also nothing happens. Web interface says to click button to send printer info to Google and print a page of instructions from Google, but nothing happens when the button is clicked other than I see it try to connect to Google.
I've tried HP support and that was pretty much a waste of my time. The chat support was pretty clueless and gave me the wrong 800 number (a not in service one) and then the phone tech was completely clueless and didn't even know what Google Cloud print was 
Since the printer is working flawlessly over the internal network I suspect that the issue(s) may be related to a network port needing to be opened in the network router to allow the printer to communicate with HP's (and Google's) servers, but when I suggested that to the tech I must have sounded like I was speaking Greed 
He didn't have a clue about what I was asking about.
The tech was saying I probably was getting the Connection Error because the FW was up to date!!! But then he tried it on a 402dn he had there and it did the FW update and then when he tried again he got a message saying there was no new update, which is what I would have expected. Like I said, totally clueless support.
So, has anyone else seen this problem, and if so how did you resolve it?
I'll doing some network captures using Wireshark now, but thought I'd ask here as well.

Paper tray stuck Laserjet Pro CM1415fnw
Paper tray wont come out and after trying to find a solution only partly comes out when blue tab inside the tray is pressed. I managed to remove paper and can reload but getting load paper message. There was no paper jam or any other problem that could have led to this. Any ideas will be much appreciated

Printing Checks on an LJ Pro M402dn with Remoteapp and Desktop T&B application
I have a user who needs to print checks using an Remoteapp and Desktop connection to Rippe & Kingston LMS V+ application (Time & Biling software). The tech person at Rippe & Kingston says we need a "PCL Kit." I did a chat session with HP support, but all I recieved was another copy of the printer driver setup files (no help).

CP4525 prints yellow on all pages - even with color turned off
Every page I print on this machine is 100% yellow with the rest of the print over the top. I have 'Disabled cartridge check' and swapped cyan for yellow, and it then prints 100% cyan.
This is a new printer (I unboxed it 4 days ago) and it has done 28 pages - when I first turned it on, all was fine and printing was normal.
Any ideas??
