We have a brand new HP LaserJet MFP M680 printer. We just got it last week.
As far as printing goes, it was doing good until this morning. A couple people completed a couple small print jobs earlier, but then it stopped printing.
Now when we try to print, we receive a message on our PCs that says it is out of paper. However, there is paper in all the bins, and there are no errors on the printer itself.
I have restarted the printer twice (once by unplugging it from the wall), and my PC once. I have removed and replaced the paper a couple times. However, we still get the same error.
It is a network printer and nobody can print to it.
