Hi at first it prints light grey and red, so I print test page, shows blue yellow red and light grey, and after cleaning print head several times, only yellow left nothing else. Inks are full and I don't know what's wrong as no issuue detected. Is it defective?

No connection to any SMTP Server from Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw
Hi!
I am facing issues with setting up "Scan to Mail" for the HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw.
I've tried setting up with Office 365 Mailbox, but it failed as well as a 3rd party Hosting service (world4you.com).
In any case, I get a "Connection to SMTP server failed. Try other ports like ....".
I did try both ports 25 and 587 with smtp.office365.com, as descripted by Microsoft themselfs here.
Looking at several pages here on the support forum, I've tried everything:
- Different ports
- Direct Send
- Set different DNS (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and HPs own 209.244.0.3/4)
- Deactivated IPv6
I've checked before, no firmware update available.
My assumption is the printer cannot connect to the internet. But changing DNS does not help either.
Any suggestions?

Fine, thin color lines on scans
When I scan a document, the scan picks up color lines. Thin, very fine multiple color lines. I have cleaned it, check. I have updated the drivers, check. I plugged the printer into a wall not a power strip, check. I did all these and it didn't change.

Saving wi-fi password in wireless printer
My wireless printer is working fine, and it successfully connects to the network when I enter the wi-fi password. But whenever it's powered off, it forgets the wi-fi password and I have to type it back in. That's not hard, but it's annoying. Is there a way for the printer to write that password into eeprom or something, so it doesn't keep forgetting? Unfortunately, searching these documents only finds posts by humans who have forgotten their wi-fi password. 🙂

Can I use Color Laserjet 4650 with Windows 10?
Dear colleagues.
I have had a HP Color Laserjet 4650 printer here at home on my standalone for several years, and have been using it happily on my Windows 7 system via the usb port.
Just this last week, I had cause to replace my PC with a Windows 10 system. I gave no thought to the possibility of any printer compatibility issues.
In a nutshell, I am not able to print out from the new computer to this printer. The PC seems to have recognised the printer because one can see it listed as a printer in the control panel.
When I send a print job to the printer though, although the "data light " flashes a few times, no printed job emerges, and "printer error" message appears.
I have tried in vain to find out whether this admittedly old model is compatible with Windows 10. On the other hand I am also conte mplating the possibility of some hardware or software malfunction here.
I would be sad to lose the printer because I have a good stock of cartridges .
If anyone can offer some advice or even suggest a workround of some kind please, I would be most appreciative.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 not Air Printing
My OfficeJet Pro is not Air Printing. It worked fine the all of a sudden stopped printing. When I try to print network reports it also doesn’t print. They printer shows that it has the job in Que but doesn’t finish the print job. We are trying to print off Apple devices, IPad, IPhone, etc... like I mentioned it worked then all of a sudden it stopped. Tried the whole reset settings, power off all devices, router, etc... Please Advise anyone???

the printer HP LaserJet Pro M201dw does not wake up
Hello!
Operating system - Windows 10 x64 (version 2004). After my HP LaserJet Pro M201dw printer falls asleep, I can’t wake it up anymore: jobs do not print, a warning on USB devices about an incorrect device identifier is displayed in the Device Manager. I have to restart the printer or computer.
Drivers offered by HP are not installed (installation error). The drivers installed by the operating system are used.
Question: did someone encounter a similar problem? Are there any solutions?
