My printer was working fine giving me double sided copies all of a sudden it stopped. (My son used the computer after I did he claims he did not reset anything)???

Printing extra pages with text "GET /DevMgmt/........."
My printer prints an extra page after printing documents with multiple lines of text with "GET /DevMgmt/.....". It's wasting toner and paper. I have read through multiple posts to turn off "Printer Status Notifications" but I do NOT have an option to do so.
Printer is connected to a docking station which is connected to an HP Elite X2 Tablet.

HP Envy 7855 Setup Cartridges
Given an HP Envy Photo 7855 All-In-One printer a few months ago. Bought toner for it but getting the "use setup cartridges that came with printer" message. Printer was purchased in late 2018 and never used, the setup cartridges were not in the box. Please tell me how to bypass the setup cartridges or where to purchase them; I've done a hard reset, twice. I didn't know setup cartridges were required/needed and I'm supposed to start working from home tomorrow.

How do I set printer Default Settings using HP Utility or some other way.
I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw. My computer is an iMac. I want to configure my printers Default Setting for item HP EasyColor to "Off". I tried doing it using the HP Utility, but there was no way to reset the default value for HP EasyColor.
I am trying to configure the printers Default Settings to Black & White instead of Color.
I don't want to use a print Preset or the options in the Print dialog window to turn the Color off. I want the actual default to be No Color.
I will configure a Preset that has HP EasyColor:On when I want to print something in color.

stuck at "printing document"
Hi there, I've read tried some recommendations but none seem to work. My printer is getting stuck at "printing document"
- When did this issue start?
- Today. Worked perfectly yesterday and for the last couple years
- Did you do any changes to the printer?
- Not before it stopped working
- Did you run any updates on the computer?
- Updated to the latest firmware successfully today
- How is the printer connected, USB or wireless?
- Wireless
- Things I noted:
- In the beginning, it said that something about the memory being full. But I don't have anything stored, no faxes or anything
- After the firmware update, I tried printing again. It got stuck at the "printing document" but then eventually stopped and turned off. On my computer, it showed that it connected to the printer and was waiting for document to complete - but then the printer went to sleep and my job was deleted as if it had completed printing, but really didn't
- I've run reports directly off the menu of the printer (ie config report) and it printed it perfectly
- Things I've tried but did not work
- Resetting
- Power on/off
- Updating Firmware
- I've read something about the print spool but I don't see that with my mac.

Extremely slow printing of certain graphics documents
When I print certain graphics documents, it takes forever to print - for example, one photo took 30 minutes.
It also often happens that during certain jobs, nothing happens, and it becomes necessary to turn the printer off and back on. This problem was not due to a network problem.
On the other hand, if you are printing a word document, it is very fast.
I would appreciate some advice on how to speed all our printing up.

Control Printer from pc
Hi. I would like to know if there is a possibility to control my laserjet pro printer from my PC like it is done by using its built in screen and control pannel. I'm asking this because my printer lcd is faulty (blank screen) so i cannot see what i'm doing when using the built in keypad.

printing only in black & white
Hi i have deplected cartridges and am trying to get to print only in black and white as i have a full black cartridge
i have changed the grey scale option to black only
BUT when i try to print it STILL refused with error message that i have depleted cartridge that must be replaced

Uncorrectable print head
Hello
After changing the Cyan cartridge to an official cartridge, the printer indicates "print head missing"
I did the cleaning as indicated by the support but in vain
I can't find any way to contact support since the warranty has expired ... I am extremely surprised by this situation and it bothers me a lot especially now!
I have already
-disconnected, reconnected: ko
-tried a maj of the firmware kb because status not recognized
-tried an alignment of the heads ko because status not recognized
Do you have an idea ?

Colour cartridge icon constantly flashing yet cartridge is new and correctly installed.
On my HP2632 printer, there is an icon for colour ink that is constantly flashing. The colour cartridge is compatible, new and correctly fitted, and I have installed new cartridges frequently. Next to the constantly flashing light is a panel window that shows the ink in the right hand cartridge (colour) to be empty. It's not though. Can anyone help?

printing landscape issues
The top of landscaped documents is incorrectly printing on the right. I want it on the left. How do I correct this issue? This is the only printer that does it, all other different printers are correct.

Can't remove cartridge tray M281cdw
I need to replace my ink cartridges but the tray won't come out. I open the front door and lift the blue handle but the tray doesn't disengage on the left side and won't slide out.

Laserjet 1100 driver for Windows 10
I already have a parallel to USB cable, that I used successfully with my previous Windows Vista machine. However, my current Windows 10 (64bit) machine will not recognize the HP 1100 connected to the other end. Plug-and-Play doesn't work, and I have even tried installing a generic USB print driver, and even a generic LPT1 print driver. I have also tried generic PCL 5 and PCL 6 drivers. Nothing avails.
Any hints?

Printer will not take card stock
Hello,
I purchased the HP Color Laser 150nw two weeks ago.
It prints okay on normal paper.
Every time I try to print with card stock (220gsm) it will not print and I get a paper jam message.
I bought the printer specifically with this in mind for my business and I am very disappointed it's not working.
To clarify - I have tried changing the media type on my computer when asking to print; still no luck.
Any advice would be really appreciated; I am considering returning the printer.

Magenta out of alignment
The magenta color is out of the alignment. The printer prints double images; even a text if it saved as a file like pdf: you can see the black words and, a couple of millimeters over them, the same words colored in magenta.
How can I solve it?

color laserjet m281fdw clunking noise and cannot update driver
hi, so two things to drive me up the wall with hp today
whenever i go to print my printer which hasnt seen much use but is of course out of warranty makes a big clunking noise before a print job or when 'callibrating/initialising' then seems to print ok
reading a related thread i tried to update the driver through my surface but it keeps coming up with install failure "call to driver package install failure blah blah must be a member of an administrator group" which of course i am the only user and only administrator
any help gratefully received as sounds as though printer is about to snap in two!

HP Scan Not Installing
I have tried installing the full software package three times and it will not install HP Scan. All I want to be able to do is run the scan wizard so I can have my printer scan directly to a folder on the computer. Please help!

1022 printer Pick u Roller stuck in wrong position
my 1022 printer Pickup Roller seems to be stuck in the wrong position by 180 degrees which happened after i cleaned and reinstalled it. how can i rotate it to it's original position - i tried turning the printer off an on - but kept getting a grinding noise and no movement.

Ink system failure
This printer has been stored. Replaced all ink cartridges with HP cartridges and did a hard reset a few times. I also wiped the contacts with a dry line free cloth, to no avail. Still receive above error.
