Unable to setup wireless connection for MFP M31W
HI
I have recently purchased HP Laserjet MFP M31w. I was able to setup the printer via USB however wireless connection setup is not successful. Tried removing everything, resetting the printer and installing again but didn't help either. Have used Print and Scan Doctor app to troubleshoot and fix the issue but haven't been successful.
Could someone help me with a solution to this problem.

i ‘ve bought a laser jet pro m130fw and connect it with my old pc pavilion 15 & my envy 5640 ( they worked properly till now) so the two printers end working.

on my lcd screen, i have searched through the forum and online for solutions and have tried everything i could find including solutions for other models but i cannot clear it. have managed to do a firmware update but get fatal error 7 and am back to square one!! is there any way to do a full reset of the memory in the printer and start again? any suggestions that havent already been posted would be greatly appreciated

missing setup cartridge
missing my setup cartridges, installed new cartridges but error message is, use setup cartridges that came with your printer. Unable to override this message to continue setup. Please advise how to continue setup with new cartridges.

HP LaserJet Pro CP1025 does not seem to support Air or ePrint on Mac
Hi! Wondering if anyone can help me.
I have a MacBook Air and I'm trying to connect to the HP LaserJet CP1025nw color printer. My MacOS is the Catalina 10.15.3.
And it seems that HP/printer does not have an updated driver for Catalina 10.15.3.
I checked on the HP website and the printer model does not support ePrint on Catalina.
Wondering if anyone can advise me how might I get the printer connected? Any updated driver that I can download from?

Unable to install shared printer. the handle is invalid
Hi,
A college took a printer home, connected it using USB and shared in the network. This configuration cannot be changed due to company policy. On the printer server #2 running Windows Server 2012 R2, I added a printer and used local port to point to the shared local printer, when it comes to the drivers, I've used the HP Color LaserJet Pro M478f-9f PCL-6 (V4) -same as on the local computer- but as soon as I hit next, I get an error message saying "Unable to install Printer. The Handle is invalid".
Why am I getting this error knowing that I previously installed the same printer on print server #1 without issues.

Scan To Email failing
This is more an informational post than a question, as I searched high and low for the answer and found only one post that was of any help and it lead to the solution.
Our printer would work great locally. Printing, scanning all the toys, but as soon as we tried to access the Web Interface from another IP Subnet or Scan-To-Email to our proven to work SMTP server, it would balk.
After much too-ing and fro-ing with service providers and network engineers, we finally got a suggestion from a Verizon Engineer named Ed who asked us to change the MTU on the printer to 1320. While it was a great suggestion, I found that it was not possible to do this on the printer.
After some more Too-ing and Fro-ing, I asked our network guru, Paul, if we could change the switch port MTU to the suggested 1320 and let the switch do the rest. He informed me that it was not possible to do one port on our Cisco 3650, but it was possible to do this on the VLAN level, and that this would really have little to no impact on other devices.
He provided this Cisco IOS command sequence;
config t
inter vlan 1
ip mtu 1320
exit
exit
wr mem
We did this on the switch, and everything worked!!

tryiing to install HP drives on a new computer
I'm having problems installing the drivers from HP website to a new Lenovo computer. I click 'finished' at the end, but hen it tells me that it is inactive. I can print from my computer but the scanning option is not working.

J'ai déjà fait un post où le support m'a donné une réponse qui n'a servi à rien. Mon frère est spécialiste et a perdu des heures en vain. Votre méthode ne marche pas ni aucune autre. Merci à HP de me fournir le logiciel d'installation de l'imprimante HP LaserJet 1018 dans les meilleurs délais. Cette situation et le temps perdu est scandaleuse.
Si HP pense pousser ses clients à racheter une imprimante (OBSOLESCENCE PROGRAMMÉE PAR REFUS DE FOURNIR LOGICIEL D'INSTALLATION AVEC NOUVELLES VERSIONS DE WINDOWS), c'est tout le contraire. Plus jamais HP. En attendant, si vous ne m'envoyez pas le logiciel-pilote, je vais déposer une plainte contre HP.

NO STRINGS IN RO hp m1217
I've looked at all the various post for the issue of my m1217 suddenly an permanently displaying "No strings in RO". I have reinstalled, attempted the firmware update with no luck. It seems there is a solution out there but most the comments on this topic ended with a HP agent privately messaging a solution. It seems like I need to reset the printer but it is tuck in NO STRING and will not communicate with my comp via WIFI or USB. Has anyone actually recovered their printer from this?
