Hi, since now having to work at home my printer comes up with the above error code. I operate a Mac but for work am using a laptop which connects to my office computer via a VPN? which uses Windows 10 I believe (O365 etc). Please dont be fooled into thinking I know what I'm talking about cos I dont....just use the machines!
Its annoying as this has only started to happen since I'm working from home...with the work laptop? Dont want to rush and buy a new printer if I don't need to.

i have some problem with my 3800n since few days
i have labtop with linux mint and windows 10. in each of them i can't print in color
even in "peripherique configuration" -->"diagnostics"-->"test des bandes de couleur" all is black, no color
if i try to print something with text color the print is not readable, you can guess there's something print but not readable
if in the printer i put "no color", the same doc is readable, in black but readable!
in this contaitment period i must to have my printer ok!
black:31% cyan:7% magenta:35% yellow:63%

I recently purchased the Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw and I know that it will be in the sleep mode if I am not using it with the flashing light indication. My question is do I need to turn off the printer when I am not using it? Any problem if I leave it in the sleep mode for a long time in terms of potential loss of toner and waste of electricity usage?

I have one model of machine MFP E77650 installed on WJA 10.4 (SR5) all with the same configuration and all on the same network.
One or two device will communicate with the Data Collection but others wont. They particularly seem to fail on the Supply Utilization option. Some have collected information but when prompted manually too fail:

I am trying to connect my printer to my computer but the Bluetooth won’t connect to the printer option only the Bluetooth option
I installed a new HD, I download the correct Mac software and firmware for my printer but it keeps on asking for a certificate and doesn't install properly. Printer keeps on initializing.
I am having an issue trying to change my "outgoing email profile" password in the EWS. I click on EDIT and then change my SMTP password and click save or save and test. In either case the password will not save and changes back to a previous password. I have tried several times with no luck. I also tried deleting and re-adding the "outgoing email profile" and still no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
My CP2025 is not printing the correct colors as it has a blue-ish filter to it I just want to point out my monitor is calibrated and the printer is brand new ......so why is it doing that?

Trying to send an email from the scanner and I keep getting an Authentication error/failed
I have only 1 from name presented. I select this and enter in the PIN
The scanner connects to smtp.gmail.com as expected and then says username or password is incorrect.
How do I update this to get it correct?
Print jobs taking like 20 minutes to come through. Printer just sits there saying that it's printing, but doing nothing. Even just simple one page documents.

We have a customer trialing the HP Laserjet E50145 currently using Kyocera printers. They have an app they use to print tickets from mobile devices. The tickets print out on perforated paper from a 2nd paper tray. The app talks to a Citrix system at head office that then sends the job to a local pc with the printer shared from the local PC. No matter what we try the HP printer ALWAYS wants to use the MP tray. I have tried using the Kyocera driver that was originally installed, I have tried other generic drivers, The HP E50145 driver won't even accept the job, but the HP UPD accepts it and again asks for the paper to be put in the MP tray. No matter what settings I use in the UPD driver the machine always wants to use the MP tray. I have tried setting the defaults & preferences in the driver to be tray 3 and when i send test page from the PC (printer properties/print test page) the test page will come from tray 3, but as soon as we send the ticket job it asks for plain paper in tray 1 (MP tray). I have also set the default paper type to prepunched again the test page wants prepunched paper from tray 3 but the ticket still wants plain paper from tray 1. This makes me think the problem is not the driver it must be the default setting at the machine how do I make the machine to default to a different paper tray?
When I loaded #10 envelopes, changed all of the appropriate printer settings both on the printer and on the computer I get the message "paper not loaded". No matter how I tried to load the envelopes the same message kept coming.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to expedite this operation?
This will be a deal breaker for me and the printer will go back - I need to have it consistently print envelopes.

I have a MFP M277dw printer that is connected to my network. Every computer of the family are able to print on j'y.
On PC by default printing is done in gray scale mode BUT it is still possible to print in color mode.
On some of the computer I would like to prevent color printing and lock gray scale printing.
Is it possible ???
If not is there other way to only print in gray scale even if the kids uncheck the printing in gray scale mode ???

I had a paper jam, we have removed al of the pieces of paper, search thru the entire machine and there is noting... however no matter what I do I still get a "Jam In Printer Path. Open Rear Door To Remove Jam".
Is there a way to reset the machine or do I have to take it in for service?
I received an issue code Ox610004a. Has anyone received this issue code and can it be resolved? I do not have a warranty.

I am trying to print transparencies from my Color Laser Jet Pro M281fdw but it keeps jamming. Any advice to fix this?
I am running Windows 10 and this is the transparencie sheets I'm using are "Apollo Transparency Film for Laser Printers, Color, 50 Sheets/Pack (VCG7070)" and "3M CG 3700 Color Laser Transparency Film".
