My printer just started creating a wavy crease on the paper today. The first couple of prints were fine, then bam.. this. 

 

It's not a paper settings issue (I've tried several)

I've started the printer - no difference.

I've used 2 different paper types - same on both. 

It happens if I print colour, or Black & white. or as you see below. neither.

 

Below is a printing of a cleaning sheet.  The line is very feint at the top where it just runs the paper through before it does the cleaning operation on the last 20% of the page - here the crease is significantly worse.

 

I did a stop test and it seems fine prior to going through the fuser.

 

I checked the rollers and they seem fine. 

 

It was ordered August 10 2018 directly from HP so it's still under warranty.

Our printer was faxing and then quit. Said memory low job cancelled. Now it’s giving error code 49 and won’t do anything. Check the job status on computer and it didn’t show any pending jobs. Please help!

Hello,

 

My printer, MFP 277dw, will not work since we've added multiple IPs to our SOHO network. What's going on here? I've seen the issue reported with other printers but have not seen any solutions posted.

 

Did anyone solve this issue?

I'm pondering purchasing an M404dn, but I need to verify that I can plug in a USB flash drive and print PDFs that way in addition to the basic function of printing from a computer.

 

It appears to have a "host USB" port, but I can't find legitimate proof that it will work.  Can anyone verify this function definitively for me?

Hallo

The color laserjet 3600 works since years as desktop printer with the same OS. I connected the printer with my laptop using the USB connection, and the laptop indicated automatically having configurated the printer, but he doesn't figure in the printer list.

I tried by downloading and installing the appropriate driver from HP with the same result.

I tried by installing the original driver from the data disk, and again with the same result, which means no result at all.

 

I don't understand what is happening. In the settings (printers and periferiques) the color laserjet is not visible. He figures in the 'gestionnaire des périfériques' (in frenche) as 'HP printer', where the 'propriétés' tells that everything is doing well.

 

Where is my failure?

I have faced network connectivity issued with HP colour laserjet cp2025 printer.Printer configured with static IP. Some time printer not pinging/ not able to print from computer  till i manually restarted the printer. Also i have seen that on that time control panel button on printer also not functioning,  if i restarted the printer then control panel functioning and i am able to ping from computer.  I have stop power save mood in printer. But not resolved my issue.

The printer rejected a batch of A4 paper because it wasn't flat and smooth. It went into error mode. It says there is some paper jam but I cannot find any paper jam at all. Now, it won't work. It goes into error mode and says every time that there is a paper jam. The carriage won't move either when I open the lid, as it normally would. The wireless connexion is fine and the scanning is fine.

 

I have tried all the options suggested on the HP website. I have already wasted about 2 hrs with this. The printers are not robust enough anyway: anything that is not 100% what the machine wants and it goes off line and stops working. It is exasperating in the extreme, it must be said... Any suggestions welcome.

When trying to print from my new HP Laptop to a Dell 1320c Printer, I just get two flashing lights on the printer. The HP Printer Doctor tells me I have to install a latest driver and when I go to do so with the HP Doctor it does not recognize the Dell 1320c printer. - Very frustrating!!

Whenever I need to print out my airline boarding pass, the printer prints all the information, with the exception of that box that needs to be scanned at the airport.  I've tried everything to try and get it to print out, and all I get is an empty space. Help!

My HP Envy 5660 has been working fine for several years.  A recent HP request to update which I couldn't cancel had me update my printer.  It no longer recognizes the 5660 and won't print anything.  Suggestions?

My printer carriage is stuck all the way to the right. It’s seem that one of the printer cartridges may have come dislodged. How do I either get the cartridge put back in or release the carriage so I can resolve the problem.?

error message after the print job starts processing  stopped-sending data to the printer.  I have worked with Apple support but they can't find any solution.  I used to work fine.  I can't get a human at HP to talk to.  Disappointed they don't have better customer support.

The printer is not visible in the file printing options, although the system sees the printer. The printer is also defined as a CD drive. The driver hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-v20120831-50157036_SMO is not installed, after extraction the installation window disappears.

Color Laser M477fnw error printing from desktop.  it prints perfectly fine from my iPhone over the WiFi.  I seem to get this intermittently.  I have to uninstall and install in order for it to work.  It will work for awhile.  Then I will try  to print days or weeks later and it will error out again.  What is going on ?
