When inserting a cartridge into this M402n printer, you get a Supply 10.0000 SUPPLY MEMORY ERROR. I know the cartridge is good because I have tested the same cartridge on another M402 and it does NOT display the error with the same cartridge. I have tried 4 different cartridges with this printer all giving the same error. It is out of warranty, but I am pretty handy (Desktop Tech) and I have changed the fuser sleeeve on one of these before successfully. I am not finding much info on one of these on the web to fix an issue with the toner sensor on this printer. Any suggestions? Could it be the toner sensor in the printer is bad and needs to be replaced? Any instructions on replacing it?
