every time I switch on the printer It showes the ligt and start rolling and suddenly power gone!! I checked the cable and it is fine!

Print Quality Issue
My HP LaserJet 400 M451 prints random solid color bars across the page(s). Sometimes 1 page , sometimes a few in a row. This example shows all colors basically overlayed. (pardon the whiteout) At other times there are distinct, separate color bars spaced about 3 inches apart. I tried the cleaning utility. I use HP toner cartridges. I'm looking for some ideas. No RTL found message Color Laserjet 3800
"No RTL found" when starting up printer.
I had been away a few days, and while I was gone, there had been some thunderstorm activity in the general area. First attempt at printing when I returned, did not print, but remained in print spooler.
After several trouble-shooting attempts, I watched the Panel window on the computer as I restarted it. The message: No RTL Found" appeared, and the startup sequence stopped there.
I pressed the CheckMark, and the printer continued it's boot sequence.
I was able to print all the test documents contained in the printer test sequences and all the pages printed look normal.
I'm not a "tinkerer", but, did notice that where the ethernet cable (cat5) from the router to the printer plugs in, there is no "green light" inside. I don't know for sure but I think there used to be.
How do I fix this?
Do you suspect the ethernet interface card? I also plugged in a USB cable directly from my desktop and got the same result. Without opening the case, it "looks like" both the ethernet and USB plug into the same interface card inside.
Second question: If I need to replace that card, how/where do I find one? What is it called? What price should I expect to pay?

Our HP Color Laserjet MFP M477fnw started having pint quality issues. The Printer only prints colors in the center of the page with wide washed out bands along the edges of the paper.

Updated the firmware.
Ran a cleaning page through.
performed a color calibration.
The diagnostic page looks perfect. So this issue has me baffled. I'm wondering if a squirrel got in the printer and pooped on the transfer belt.
Do you have any suggestions for how I might fix the issue?

Unable to connect M227fdw to Mac

2011 MacBook Pro 13"
Mac OS 10.12 Sierra
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 (yes, I know that's not a lot)
I just bought a LaserJet M227fdw and cannot get it to cooperate with my MacBookPro via wifi connection or USB connection. I have done all of the following and encountered the following errors.
1) Downloaded HP Easy Start - got to the download stages and had it fail repeatedly. Finally got the printer utility downloaded and skipped the Easy Scan.
2) Tried test printing a document - the HP M227 is an option, and a print job window pops up, but it says "unable to get printer status" (tired this via wifi and USB connection. Same issue on both.)
3) Uninstalled the drivers, reset printer settings, rebooted, reinstalled from the FTP download linked in another forum article. Got the HP Utility to open, but it does not detect the printer. Tried manually installing via IP address and it said it "cannot support device at this address"
4) Restored settings on printer, re-setup everything from the beginning of the process. Added printer via IP address from the MS Word print page (printer selection drop down > add printer > IP.) Tired to print document and job queue showed "Connected to Printer" but the printer when in to sleep mode and did nothing.
I'm very much at my wit's end and ready to return this and buy another brand. Please help!

First, Supposedly the HP 1300 has the capability of 1200dpi resolution, but in the printer settings there are only the choices of 600 or 300dpi. How do I activate the 1200dip setting??

hp officejet pro L7680 will not stop alignment mode
My printer will not get out of the alignment mode. I cleaned the printheads twice and still will not print black or all it prints is large red N across the page. Can anyone solve my problem. I did order new printer heads as my printer was not printing black letters and instead of blue color it was only printing red.

Order never arrived and no way to get customer support contact
Any idea how to actually contact customer service at this site? My order of ink cartridges never arrived, was in stock when I ordered and paid, should take 5 days. Over a week later still in a status that indicates it hasnt been shipped. Then the page where you can send a mail asking about status doesn't work, you can write the mail but not send it. Have searched all over the site for phone numbers and there is only a page that requires you to enter massive information, including the product you are writing about, even the serial number (which means I would have to disconnect and turn over etc the unit, before it will give you the alternatives for how you can contact a customer service representative.
Any ideas?

Install Black Cartridge fault
So I have been looking all through the forum looking for a fix,
I have tried the paper jam thing, but cant find anything.
This machne was fine 2 days ago and was printing fine, Black ink lever was still very high.
Now the screen says
"Install Black Cartridge"
ive tried cleaning sensors, pulling all the trays out and putting them back in.
Any ideas?

Custom Paper sizes help
I purchased the MFP M277dw last week.
I want to use this printer for my wedding stationery business.
I had a job to set the drivers up as they would not download on the link that HP suggested.
I have got the drivers now as the Mac picked up on printer.
In my business I print all variety of custom sizes.
I have foolowed the step by step of Page Set Up, setting up the new custom size height and width.
I add the same on Print set up.
The variety of sizes I print are 140 x 140mm 140 x 120mm 140 x 100mm
150 x 150
Amongst others
The Print Previw looks perfect.
When it prints it is all a skew and is not including the very top of the text.
I have changed all Page setup, printable margins etc.
I have contacted HP via Facebook, and I have been told the printer does not support the page sizes, but this was sold to me as being able to print all custom sizes as long as I can adjust within Page and Print setup, which I have done.
I would be really grateful for some help and support in how to resolve this issue please.

How can I reset the Fuser Kit counter ?
Hi all,
I want to reset the Fuser Kit counter. It is now 60%. I have swapped the fuser with a newer one, but that does not change the percentage (60% again). Does this counter only reset when you install a brand new out of the box fuser (back to 100%)?

Laserjet 1025 color problems after cartridge exchange
I've been using my HP laserjet 1025 color without problems since I bought it. Recently the cyan cartridge ran empty and I exchanged the cartridge acording to instructions. After this the printer stopped working, it's detected by windows but all documents get stuck in the printer que. I can print the test page by prexxing the buttons on the printer but I can't print the test page from windows. Windows says the unit is functioning properly. I haven't done any software changes. I have tried reinstalling the printer without success. I am running windows 10 home. Thankful for any suggestions.
