Problem starting C:\Program Files/HP\HP Officejet 6700\bin\HPStatusBL.dll

I get the following error message when I start my computer:

There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\HP Officejet 6700\bin\HPStatusBL.dll

The specified module could not be found.

I uninstalled my HP Officejet 6700 softward, and had to return my Officejet 6700 to Costco because of many connection and other problems. Now I get this error message. 

How can I fix this startup problem/message?
