Hi, I have trouble to connet HP Photsmart 7520 with a PC (windows 7, 64 bits). I've gone through these steps:
Printer is connected to PC with USB.
Printer is in fact installed on the PC (is set as default printer)
During the installation process one has to select connection via USB, but then the message shows that the printer should be connectted via USB first - which it is !
So it is not possible to continue without USB connection while it is connected. I've tried every 'doctor' solution suggested but no solution.
Same happened with 2 PC's and with 2 print cables so it should relate to the device.
So I'm stuck (printer is bought 2 days ago)
