Got a new computer with windows 8.1. Having trouble installing software to make hp photosmart c6280 all in one printer work. It's still working on my old millenium edition. When running hp wizard the printer is detected and says connected to computer but problem with the driver software. After downloading the software it says it's extracting and comes up with error message - "Microsoft Visual c++ run time library, program: c:\users\Theresa\appdata\local\temp\7zs3cde\setup.exe. This application has requested runtime to terminate in unusual way." I have tried installing without the wizard as well with same problem. Please help. Thank you.
