I have an old C4580 all-in-one printer that I had previously used on my wireless network at home. It worked pretty well, although often times I would have to power-cycle the printer if it had been idling for a while. I replaced my wireless modem with an Apple Airport Express and so I have a new network name, etc. Every gadget I have is working successfully with the new modem, but I cannot access the printer via wirelessly to set up the wireless network info. I have misplaced the original CD with the software and with Apple having the built-in driver support I cannot download the set-up software from HP. I have even tried downloading software for previous versions of OS but no luck with that working. If anyone has any ideas on how to get the software for set-up or any other option, I would appreciate it. I'm close to throwing this printer to the curb and getting another brand that hopefully Apple hasn't put the lockdown on consumer downloads. Thanks!
