Does HP Home still Credit for Returned Cartridges?

I have 6 Genuine HP Cartridges  (3-#92-Black, 3--#93--TriColor) That I would return IF they still Issue Credit for the empties. Should I order at the same time and would I expect the credit to be given on the new ones I would order?

If anyone knows, I would appreciate hearing back from you.

My printer is a 3180 All in One that I have owned since 2008.
