Since Windows 10 was downloaded I haven't been able to use my printer. It worked great with Windows 8. What is the problem and why does it say it's off line when it has not ever been disconnected.

display screen won't display?
I just took this printer out of the box, and step one on the instructions says the screen will display a menu...all it shows is an hp emblem and a "thinking bar" ??? is this printer defective??

OfficeJet J6480 Software and Driver Installer
I'm trying to download the device driver and HP Solution Center for my OfficeJet J6480 after upgrading to Windows 10. When I go to the driver page, when I click to download the installer, I am re-routed to a page asking me to pick my language. After I click on my language and I taken back to the HP Support landing page. It's a vicious cycle that is incredibly frustrating!!!! Am I doing something wrong, or is there something wrong with the site? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I just purchased this printer and it wants me to install the drivers via a disk which is great for the other two computers in the household, however this particular laptop does not have a disk drive on it and i do not use one often enough to spend the money on one. I looked on the website but couldn't find any of the drivers to install for it. How do i get the drivers and software for this printer on my VIAO laptop?

framework system issue
So i recently upgraded my windows 7 to windows 10 which failed me miserably so I went back to windows 7 (64bit) ever since I have moved back my printer is not working. I have tried to reinstall the software from the hp website directly but I am getting the error, see attached screen shot...
Once I click cancel on this, this is the next pop up
Can someone guide me into the right direction in fixing this.. I have checked out the forums and also the trouble shooting with the msi framework but i still am having error issues.

I have Windows Vista, but every time I try to download support, etc, I get this box...I thought Vista was a newer version than Windows 7

Scanner Unreachable
printer is work properly but scanner unreachable im faceing this problame about 2 months previwes is working not it gatting problame. the error massege showing on screen scanner communication cannot be established. ensure your product is power on, cheak the connection, and ensure your network is functioning properly. if these conditions are correct, restart the product and try scanning again.
if you are installed using a cable connection (usb or eathernet), ensure both ends of the cable are secure.
if you installed this printer by ip address, then you might need to update the ip address. use the update ip address item in the start menu entry for this printer.
if you are running frewall softwere , it may be blocking scan communication.
my onther laptop print and scan work properly.

Where can I change the color options ?
Hi There,
In the user manual I can see there should be a menu to change for instance the saturation, drying time, sRGB vs bright coors, etc, but no matter which application I'm using (OpenOffice, Preview, MS Word, ...) I never see such a menu or such a window.
By the way how could I create new presets, for instance "photo b&w" or "text high quality", etc?
Could you help me please?

the printer printer correctly but not found photosmart software to print on printableCD-Rom .
Only center solution are present but only scan function are present.

HP OfficeJet 8600 unable to open Solutions center after installing Windows 10
After installing Windows 10, I am unable to open up the solutions center to send faxes and add contact info, scan in pages for fax, and the overall soultions center app is gone. Is there a driver that I need to install compatible with Windows 10 that will bring back the full funtion of the Solutions Center and all it's capabilities?

HP DeskJet 1510 won't print documents
I've recently (a month ago) bought the 'all-in-one' HP DeskJet 1510.
After the setup everything was fine and I was printing everything without any problem.
I haven't used it in 2 weeks or so and now I'm unable to print any documents.
I mostly print PDFs and Word documents and when I try to print them, nothing happens.
A small icon appears in the taskbar (right bottom corner) but it says '0 jobs pending' and then disappears after a short time.
Note that I can print images with no problem. Prints right away.
So for now the workaround I found is to print the PDFs from Photoshop as images and convert the rest of the documents like Word to PDF and then print again from Photoshop.
Even tho this method works, I'd like to be able to print normally without the trouble of converting and losing time every time I want to print something.
I've tried reintalling the drivers and the whole HP suite for the printer but nothing helped.
The printer is set as default. I've checked all options and they all look fine.
Any idea what could be causing the issue?
I suspect it's software-related but I've no idea what is causing the problem and how to fix it.
Any help is much appreciated.

Printer font coming out too large..
Font on printed copies comes out too large. Happens on Mozilla but not on Internet Explorer. Pages sent from Word come out ok. Productive comments would be greatly appreciated.

Previously working wifi connection between HPENVY 4500 and my iMac is no longer connected. Pop up on printer says 'not connected' when I attempt to print from my laptop.

Fax Hp Instant Ink consumption
Hello,
I have started using the HP Instant Ink program and really like it. However, I would like to find a way to prevent waste of copies used up by junk faxes. Of course, if I can obtain the culprit fax nos., I believe I saw in my all-in-one docs that I can block those numbers.
I don't receive very many faxes, so I was wondering if I can somehow control all of the incoming faxes that actually print. For instance, on the 4630, can they all be initially held in memory, and then I could view/print only the ones I wanted to print?
