How to "open" previously locked out Administration options on CM3530fs - already done Cold Reset
Have a HP Color LaserJet CM3530fs that was previously set up with "limited" menu options, I need to access the network settings but even after a cold reset this part of the menu is not available, I understand that there is a procedure to clear out previous administrator changes to "open" all menu options, can someone assist ? As mentioned I have already done the Cold Reset (holding the #6 button, selecting cold reset etc.) & this is not enough.

HP Laserjet Pro M26nw fails to scan on windows10S
I have installed the HP Smart App from the MS Store but when I click the Scan Button it comes back and states "Printer Not Found". It prints fine and it reports various statuses with no problem, it just does not scan.

Power will not stay on for more than a day. I have to unplug power for 5 mins to reset
I am continuously unplugging power to the printer and waiting 5 minutes to plug it back in, and it will reset and work fine. Usually will stay on for a day or two max without repeating. It is only 2 years old

Duplex printing has stopped working.
Posting on behalf of the Father In Law.
He has a month-old M479fdw along with a new i5 NUC build I built for him.
Auto duplex printing worked up until a few days ago. He's also getting a prompt that tray 2 is empty and to load paper.
Things I have tried (over the phone, due to Covid lockdown):
- Re-loading tray 2 to full.
- Changing the paper size in printer preferences and settings to A4 from letter wherever possible.
- Inspecting all rollers in tray 2 and in the back access panel.
- Ensuring duplex unit is installed in device settings and all paper sizes are set to A4.
- Uninstalling the HP software suite through add/remove programs, and removing the printer from devices & printers.
- Reinstalling the software and drivers through HP Easy Start.
On a multi-page document, it will start printing without issue - no more 'tray 2 empty' prompts. But now it only prints the first side of the first page and nothing after that.
I'm after some more suggestions for what instructions I can give him over the phone to try and fix this.

Cold reset a LaserJet Pro M404dn - ethernet disabled, control panel locked
I have problem with HP LaserJet Pro M404dn
On device control panel there are locked function (Setup Menu - Maintenance menu...).
On EWS there are disabled ethernet (I can't access to EWS over ethernet). https://support.hp.com/rs-en/document/c06309898
I try to reset device to factory with HP Print and Scan Doctor, but the option "Preform a printer hardware reset" is grayed out.
Is there any way to reset printer (or enable ethernet)?

Printing Yellow Streak
Our printer prints a 4 inch yellow streak vertically down every page. It starts off as a faded line and as we print more it becomes a brighter line. Any idea on how to fix it without buying new parts?

Factory reset HP Color Laser 150nw
Could you please provide me with instructions how to "factory-reset" my printer?
From one moment to the other it doesn't want to connect to my WiFi anymore and i'm also not able to connect to it via the DIRECT-B2-HP WiFi network.
After turning it on, the blue WiFi led keeps blinking for a while and then it turns off and the power led starts blinking - which is i guess some kind of sleep mode.
I would like to setup my printer as if it was new again.

How to choose paper type on M750 when printing from USB
When printing from a USB (also known as walk-up printing) on the HP Color Laserjet Enterprise M750, it appears the only thing that can be selected (other then the file) is the number of copies. Is there any way to select the paper type? Or the paper tray?
I would like to be able to print on glossy label sheets from the manual feed tray when printing a PDF from a USB.

can't print #10 envelope on HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148fdw
When I try to print envelopes the return address doesn't appear and the addressee appears incomplete and centered but at the top of the envelope. I have tried using WordPerfect and Microsoft Word. I have the same problem using both programs.

The "Best" print quality option slider does not work on my HP Color Laserjet Pro M281cdw. The default options are locked. I ran a cleaning routine and have run out of ideas. Looks like I need to go to FedEx to get a high quality print job. Frustrating.

HP Color laser jet MFP 281cdw printer will not print PDFs from MAC
After a recent firmware upgrade my Color Laser Jet MFP 281 will not print PDF documents from Mac Preview or any other app. Also after printing one document from other apps it will no longer print anything until it is is rebooted. I have tried to reset to defaults and update firmware again. But printing either from wifi or from direct wired/ethernet also does not matter. The problem remains. I have had this printer for a few years and it has worked fine, only after recent firmware upgrade have I had this problem persist and only get worse i.e. prints one document then the next print of the same document the printer will not print the document.
Appreciate any guidance on a resolution. Thx.

Installed new HP toner cartridges and now prints faint
I have a Laserjet Pro color 400 M451dw. I just installed 4 new HP Toner cartridges. Now it prints so light that it can barely be read, color or black and white. I installed the latest printer drivers for not from the hP website and no avail. The primer also makes a funny squeaking noise now. I doubled checked that the cartridges were seated etc.
