I have been experiencing red dots down the right hand side of the page of printing. I also sometimes get yellow blobs. In speaking with technical support, and going through some steps, we determined that the problem was the magenta and yellow toner cartridges, which I swapped out for new ones, thus solving the problem. The magenta and yellow toner cartridges that I removed should still be covered by the Premium Protection Warranty, as they still have 30% left, and have not yet reached the warranty expiration date. There is a definite leak in the Magenta cartridge. The technician that I chatted with said I would have to contact the place where I bought the toner to get replacement. I bought the toner on HP online. HP online sales tells me that they only replace toner cartridges up to 30 days. Who do I contact to get these defective toner cartridges replaced or partially reimbursed under the Premium Protection Warranty?

MFP M477fdw: Display stays white
Dear all,
Touch Screen stays white, tried the solution described in another ticket for printer m277fdw (removing power cable etc), without success.
I put all printer settings to initial state, Not helping, but now I cannot reconnect to my wlan as display cannot be used.
Please could you help? Is there any firmware upgrade available.

blank strip when printing Jpegs on HP 103
I have a new HP 103 with original cartridge. Just tried printing a jpeg of a black and white drawing and it leaves a blank strip down the centre every time. I have tried re scanning drawing, turning it upside down, same problem. Does not do this with a printed page. I have twice tried to post a picture of the printed page, but it does not appear on this post

Same Problem - HP Laser Jet M227-M231 PCL-6
I have the same problem:
"When I try to print envelopes or labels and load them into the printer between the guides for smaller items that seat to the middle, the printing still prints on the left like a full size page in in place"
The following solution doesn't seem to apply to me:
"On the printer control panel, press the button Open the following menus: ● Service ● Restore Defaults.
I can't find those particular menus in the control panel window.

HP M605 black dots and smudging
I have a M605 that printing black dots and smudging. It is also wrinkling the paper. I tried changing out the toner and running a cleaning cycle to see if that would help, but it is still doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

HP Color LaserJet Pro M281fdw stuck in Cooling Down mode
The printer goes into Cooling Down mode unexpectedly. There are no printing jobs and there were no printing jobs for hours. After going into cooling down mode it does not come out of it ever. The printer has to be turned off and on again to be used. It works for a while and after being left alone for some time it enters Cooling Down mode again. Software and firmware have been updated as recommended to no avail. Suggestions would be appreciated. The printer has seen very little use since purchased.

My Laser Jet just threw up over itself and I'm hoping I can clean it up. Problem is I have no idea how to fix it so I'm reaching out to the expert community.
This is a great printer, and it's been used very little. I've been its only owner.

Printer no longer connecting to wireless network
Recently installed a new WiFi system (Netgear Nighthawk Mesh system). Accepted Netgear suggestion that I rename the network with its original name, which I did. Now the printer won't connect to the network and keeps asking for the pass phrase. I have entered this correctly many times, but the printer says that its not correct.

HP1109W does not connect with Eero 6
Have Eero 6 mesh recently. Once installed, HP1109W (Product CE662A) will not connect.
(1) Tried Legacy Eero function; but does not connect.
(2) Tried updating drivers through connecting w/ laptop via USB. Connects and updates, but as soon as I try to test if it will connect via Eero -- not happening. Windows 10 says it is OFFLINE.
(3) FYI, both PC laptop and iPhone will not print.
(4) Tried Scan Dr and no fix.
(5) Called Eero support, unable to fix.
(6) Called Geek Squad, unable to fix.
(7) HP getting lots of web commentary re: Eero not connecting w/ HP Printers. Have read about work-a-rounds such as assigning Static IP address, but don't know how to try this.
(8) Am assuming that the technology for Eero is "past" the 1109W printer, but would like to keep using this VERY simple and good product --- OR try another mesh that won't reject the HP1109W.
If you are able to provide an answer, kindly "put the cookies on the lowest shelf" so I can try it. Many thanks!!

HP M175nw menu access is disabled.
my M175nw printer shows "Menu access is disabled" for every single menu, I can't connect to my home wireless network. I have recently change my home routers, although having the same SSID and password, but the printer somehow doesn't like it.
I see many people having same issues, but no solution is given publicly which is quite annoying.

Problems printing and need to check Wi-Fi network
I am having trouble printing and I do not know how to check the Wi-Fi network on my printer. I also do not know how to change the Wi-Fi network. How do I do these two things? Often when I print, the document in the printer cue says, "error." Why is this the case? I have tried removing the printer from my laptop and then adding it back to my laptop, but that does not work anymore. Please, help.

M608 not recognizing letter, A4, B5 paper size, showing "i" next to sizes on paper menu setting
I have a HP M608 which will not accept A4, Letter and B5 paper in tray 2.
Have replace the tray, size detect sensors, DC controller and formatter from a working M608 without success.
Also replaced the toner as suggested on a similar post.
MP and tray 3 are working fine on all sizes, just tray 2.
Anything I've missed which may be causing it?
FYI, the message you get when A4 is loaded is that A4 size can't be accepted as tray guides are not in the correct place.
