PAPER JAM IN REAR DOOR WILL NOT CLEAR..NO JAM
I have tried unplugging and rebooting the printer.. removing and restoring paper tray, Printer will then print one page that doesn't quite clear the roller.. and beep with the Paper Jam in Rear door message.. I have thoroughly inspected the rear area and found no jam, no fragments of paper or anything.. but the problem repeats

HP Laserjet M775 Paper Jam
HP Laserjet M775: Paper is jamming with errors 13.B9.D4, 13.B4.FF, 13.B2.FF and/or 13.FF.FF. Sometimes the paper will make it half way through the fuser and stop but most of the time it will reach the bottom of the fuser, bend forward between the bottom of the fuser and the metal support bracket and stick half way out before stopping. We clear the jam but it just repeats with same errors. Staples tech has worked on it 8.5 hrs so far, most of that time spent on the phone with HP support. So far they have replaced the following: HP CLJ M775 FUSER ASSY, HP LJ M775 TRAY 2 FEED ROLLER KIT, HP LJ M725 M750 M775 PAPER P/U /SEP/FEE..., HP LJ M775 SECONDARY TRANSFER ROLLER, HP LJ M775 LOW VOLTAGE POWER SUPPLY, HP LJ M775 FUSER MOTOR M4, and HP CLJ M775 DC CONTROLLER. None of this made any difference. I cannot afford to let them work on it any more. I have run all motor and sensor tests with no reported issues there. Same problem regardless of which paper tray is printed from. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

available mem half of total 256MB with no fax, print, shutdown How to get available mem to total 256
I have updated firmware and drivers, reset the default values, do not fax, empty print queue . yet available memory is 129MB while total memory is 256M. I have spent days (no joke) on line trying to clear memory so available memory equal total. Also cannot print large pdfs on my desktop. Print about 10 pages then I get many pages of garbage even after canceling the job and clearing many times from printer's touch screen. I not put more that 20 pages of paper at a time. But print large one pdfs from my hp laptop that I do not go online with. I am disgusted with M227 printer. I am so sorry my Laserjet 4M purchase back in 1995 died and cartridges became unable. If I could purchase a reliable no fuss printer like LJ4M I would. I am afraid to purchase another HP Laserjet or any volume type printer.

Vertical smudge on left side of paper on first couple copies but then disappears. I use only HP toner

I am currently experiencing some printing quality issues in the LaserJet Printer.
The printer actually prints all the characters but as soon as I take the printed paper out of it, some characters start to fade out and disappear. I don't know if the problem is with the toner or imaging drum. Both are genuine HP products. When I verified the imaging drum, I found some excess toner on it. Should I clean it?

Need Parts for Cabinet
We have a HP LaserJet 500 MFP M525 with the 2nd drawer and the Pedestal but it is missing the Alignment pins for pedistal there are 3 of them 2 are approx 1 inch long and 1 is about an inch and a half long these screw into the top of the wheeled cabinet the cabinet part number is CF338A you can clearly see the aligning pins in pics of this on google images. we have bought 3 of these cabinets 2nd hand but 2 are missing the pins, we want to source these parts but cannot find them any help would be appreciated

EWS M607n Password will not reset
For some reason I cannot login into the EWS now. I never needed a password before and now on the screen it says reset sign in. I reset it on the boot up screen and still no go, any help would be great. Thank You

New HP Envy laptop won't recognize LaserJet P1102w printer
I have an older HP LaserJet P1102w. When I connect it via USB to my new Envy laptop, a popup asks for the install CD, even though I've already installed the proper drivers on the laptop. When I click on "run install," I get a popup saying the program is blocked by the administrator. When I click "do nothing," nothing happens (duh).
When I go on Printers and Devices to find the printer, the printer does not appear, even though it is connected via USB, it's turned on, and I've installed the most current drivers on my laptop. How in the heck do I get my laptop to recognize my printer?

It always have a vertical dark band on scanned documents and even photocopy documents, but it seems no problem when print out directly from PC documents.
Any solution for this problem?? Please help...
