Am getting this regular marks across the right edge of my printed paper. Happens regardless if copying or printing. and shows up in different colors. is on HP Color Laserjet pro MFP m477 fnw. As usual, the HP support staff are unwilling to address. Since it is in color mixes unlikely that is the cartridge(s)? If is fuser, how to you access and how do you clean? Thanks so much.

cannot connect laserjet cp1025nw with my mac
The installation software that came with the printer requires OS 10.7 or less, and the CD is refused my my OS 10.11.6. HP's easy start cannot see the printer's wifi. I have tried a hard start. Many times. That has worked in the past. I cannot find installer software online for my OS.

After replacing the Intermediate Transfer Belt, the printer does not print
After replacing the ITB, everything appears to be working. I can send a document via my network, or initiate a "configuration report" from the touch screen. The paper travels through the printer properly, but no toner is deposited on the paper.
There are no error messages.
There is no sign of any toner on the ITB.
Did I miss something?
Is there a way to tell if the replacement ITB is defective?
I would appreciate any ideas.

HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553 unsupported bundle
I manage an entire fleet (6,800) of devices at my organization. We currently are using models HP M577z, HP M682z and HP M880z (enterprise) printers for the fleet. Is there a way to push settings through WebJet admin or another solution where color devices default to printing in grayscale/monochrome? I am in desperate need of a solution as I am unable to touch all the computers here. There are over 25,000 employees within my organnization.

Hp laserjet 1536dnf MFP LCD panel displays "firmware corrupt ready 2 download"
Hi guys
Am new in the forums but i beleive somebody somewhere has a solution for the following: a client tried updating the firmware for the above printer but ended up with the message, "Firmware corrupt Ready 2 download". Is there any combinations of buttons to press to do a cold reset?

M177fw - Unable to print from a Windows 10 workstation through a Server 2012 R2 print server
I have a couple of M177w's that are set up using Static IPs and installed on a Server 2012 R2 print server. End users running Windows 7 have no problem printing through the print server to these devices. Windows 10 users, using the same shared printer, cannot print.
The page will spool but nothing prints. This happens when trying to print from the print server directly to the printer as well.
On a Windows 10 machine that cannot print through the print server, if you install the driver package on the local machine and connect to the printer by IP, it prints perfectly. The driver appears to work fine when directly printing from Windows 10 to the printer, but not the print server, but the print server works fine with Windows 7 machines.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. Tried the UPD before realizing this model will only work with PCLmS drivers. Completely removed the printers and driver packages from the print server. Downloaded a fresh copy of the latest drivers (Basic Drivers - not the full software package) and set the printers up fresh. Same scenario.

Windows 10 to Server 2012 R2 PS to Printer - Nothing
Windows Server 2012 R2 direct to printer - Nothing
Windows 10 direct to printer - Okay
Any thoughts on why this isn't working would be appreciated.

Signal on my printer that I cannot comply
I am constantly receiving on the Printer window "Supply Memory Error". This follows installation of a toner cartridge. The message specifically state "10.1000 supply memory error". I can clear it and print without difficult but if something needs to be done I want to do it now rather than in the middle of a project.
Also, all of my prints since replacing the Toner Cartridge, have a column of 8 printed dots from top to bottom of the 11" side, right side only. I have removed the toner cartiridge and given it some shaking but that does not help. I can sent a copy if my explanation is not clear.
You advice would be greatly appreciated.

double sided printing (duplexer) HP Color LaserJet M553
I am not able to achieve double sided printing either in Linux or Windows 7. I know this printer supports double sided printing, but to automatically do it, do I need extra hardware? If so where can I get it? Or if it can already do it on it's own, I still cannot get double sided printing even in Windows 7 after checking the correct settings.

HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw has blank white touch screen, but printing is OK
Was printing an envelope using Microsoft Word. Printer's touch screen prompts you to manually feed the envelope and then press OK. When I pressed OK on the touch screen, it went blank (white). The envelope printed OK, but the screen is still white.
Tried powering off/on, no change, screen is still blank white.
Read everything I could find in HP forums about this issue, and have tried the following fixes:
Tried unplugging power cord from printer while printer power was on, then unplugging from wall, then holding power button on for 30 seconds, plugging back in and powering on--no change. Prior to trying this fix, printer had always been plugged into a high-quality surge protector/battery backup device. It is currently plugged directly into a wall outlet.
Printed configuration report and verified firmware is at latest datecode of 20180205.
Downloaded and ran HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.2 twice; both times it said "some issues were found and fixed" and "recommended updates installed" but showed everything is OK and all green checkmarks.
Ran HP Device Toolbox; everything looks OK.
No recent software, hardware, or driver changes on any devices connected to the network. Have had a few print jobs "hang" the past few days, but nothing is in the print queue and both PC's on network have been rebooted.
Printer is connected to internet via via wireless network connection.
Have NOT tried the factory reset where you press and hold the lower right-hand quadrant of touch screen, since it shows you then need to USE the touch screen to see the menus to do things like reset language to English, etc.
Printing and scanning from the network works just fine. Cannot use as a COPIER since the touch screen doesn't display anything and can't see prompts for things like loading paper via manual feed or "paper tray empty" messages.
The printer is 3 years old and the extended warranty expired 4 weeks ago. Except for this touch screen problem, printer Is still like new and only has 3,177 impressions on the print engine. Please help--thank you!

I have a HP OfficeJect Pro 8600 printer that I can not get connected and when trying to connect to my wifi and enter the password for my router it tells me Passwords must be 8 to 64 characters but I know my router pw is only 7 and I've been using it for two years

Chromebook Printing
I have a Samsung ML-2510 printer. I want to print to it from my Chromebook using a USB direct physical cable connection. I downloaded the Chromebook print App from the HP website (HP Print for Chrome). When I try to print, a window comes up that says "now printing to ML-2510", but... nothing happens. It never prints.
The printer is working fine on my Windows PC, so it isn't the printer. Any ideas? Do I need a specific driver?

MFP M227fdw says "Ready 2 Download fw is corrupt"
Yes, I know this question has already come up, but since the fix requires a special zap to the firmware, I need HP to send it to me! (Looking at old posts doesn't get me the fix.) And I need to do any downloading from my Mac, not Windows.
Problem: My MFP M227fdw says on start up "Ready 2 Download fw is corrupt."
As I said above, I know what it means, please send me the fix.
