I just got a message "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn off, then turn on. If problem persists, contact HP". Turning the printer off and on doesn't help. What is going on?

Duplexing on a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw
This printer has the capability of duplex printing with manual feeding and was working fine but at some point stopped working. The options in the software are still there but if a document has two pages it will print them in separate pages despite the settings being set to duplex. I had the drivers re-installed by our IT guy and he could not find the issue with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

950XL Black ink says incompatible
I own an HP 8600 and have had a 950XL black ink cartidge for months. It is now empty and when I went to buy another my printer is saying the ink is incompatible. The ONLY difference I am seeing on the two cartridges is the one I had is "CN045AE" and the one now is "CN045AN" which I can't seem to find and purchase the AE anywhere. I have tried three different 950XL cartirdges and they are all giving me that notice. What can I do?

LaserJet M201dw "printer is in use" FOREVER
Hi guys,
I've tried everything to get this printer to work on my Macbook OS Mojave wirelessly for two weeks now. When I try to print, I get "printer is in use" and it stays that way forever to no avail. I've reinstalled drivers from HP, via the Printers and Scanners menu in Apple and resetted the printers in that menu. I'm at a loss because it also does not work on my older Macbook neither.
I don't know if I should just give up on this printer altogether!

HP8710 Clear Memory It is not clearing them, although it tells me it is! Have unplugged etc. still
My HP8710 will not clear the fax memory. I have done it many times, unplugged it, still will not allow me to send or receive faxes - "Fax memory is full"
Can anyone help me? It is an all in one, print scan fax. The other functions are fine.

My printer is only showing up as a fax machine and I cannot print.

Hard reset on Laser Jet Pro M102w
I've been given this printer and I cannot install it on my laptop at all!! It is beyond frustrating, I've tried installing the drivers and recommended softawre, nothing. I've uninstalled everything and installed basic drivers, nope. I cannot find the printer when i connect it to my laptop via Device Manager. I need to hard reset this printer ASAP. It doesn't show up anywhere on my PC no matter what cable or port I use.

HP Laserjet M102w cannot factory reset
Good day, please help I'm trying to configure a Laserjet M102w, change it from WiFi to USB, but installing the software won't help since never shows that the printer is connected to the PC. I already try several times to install the software for the printer without any success. I think my next option is to reset to factory default and start from there.

HP ColorLaserJet MFP M178-M181 PCL-6 (Network) - now printer errors. Prints test page no problem
HP ColorLaserJet MFP M178-M181 PCL-6 (Network) was fine set up in WIFI. Then would occassionally choke and print after it was cycled on/off or jsut with time. Now, NO WIFI Connections, USB cable allows a TEST PAGE to be printed (from HP Software) and error message when simple text is printed frm Notepad. grrrrrrr

Printer won't print PDF files
Cannot print pdf reports from online accounts using Mac and HP LaserJet Pro 500 color MFP M570dn. When print 5 page report only 1 page prints and just soem of the line formatting printed on page and none of the data. Tried printing from prinat iamge..same problem. tried saving pdf from preview mode and printing...same problem. Any ideas to fix this?

Where is OK button on HP LaserJet M102w

Nyckolay asked for support on m106w OK button, required to register his printer in google cloud...
Unfortunately, noone helped him and he had to find the solution on his own, updating the firmware of his printer...
Unfortunately, I have the same issue - no OK button, manual not updated (as I can see) and my frustration on HP products again overwhelming my head... Ah! And no, I don't know how to upgrade the firmware on my own.
So... can anyone help me, how to register the printer, without OK button and while all given above solutions didn't work (yes, I've checked them all with similar results)?

HP LaserJet Pro MFP m477fdw stuck in initializing, Error 49
Hi,
My printer is stuck in stuck on the initializing screen. It was stuck for awhile then it shows an 49 service error, reset and got beck to the initializing screen.
I’ve searched the support form and tried the following solutions:
1. Clean the pending print jobs > there are no pending print jobs.
2. Disconnected all the cables and reset the printer by disconnecting from the power outlet for 60 seconds and re connecting it.
3. System restore by power off > power on > when hp logo appears, press and hold the lower left or the right (tried them both) region of the touchscreen > release when the next message appears.
4. Tried to updating the firmware but the printer isn't in a ready state, so the computer doesn't recognise it.
But none of them worked,
Any ideas?
