HP LaserJet 1320N downgrade to 1320 via formatter board swap
So long story short we have a piece of medical equipment with baked in printer drivers and only a parallel port for printing. There is a short list of printers that work for this machine, one being the 1320. We have a 1320N and I was wondering if it was possbile to swap the formatter board for the non-networked version that has the Centronics/Parallel port. It would be a lot cheaper than buying a new printer if we could just swap the board out.

recycling
Hi,
I work as an IT helpdesk. In our company, we have some used cartridges. We want to send them for recycling. I called 1-800-340-2445 and they said there is not label system for Canada. I need only labels to return the cartridges for recycling. we don't need a box. Is it possible you send me 9 labels by email and I return them to hp? please let me know.

HP MFP3310 tries to pickup two sheets of paper even after replacing pickup roller and separation pad
It appears like a deliberate act by the printer because it raises the sheet twice in a row to pickup a second sheet while the first is going through the fusor.

Every other page comes up with unreadable words
I recently installed a printer and when it prints a large document every other page comes up with unreadable pages. I have attached a picture as an example. There were 72 pages and half were not readable. This example happens to be from power point but I have had this happen in scan documents as well.

I recently upgrade to Windows 10 and my HP Laserjet 1606 will not print double sided. In fact, it will not allow access to any of the printer properties or printer preferences. It will print single side however. When I clink on printer properties or printing preference in the Settings>Printers & scanners>HP Laserjet Professional P1606dn>Manage your device, I get the following error message. I get the same or similar message if I follow the prompts to reload the driver. It thinks there is no driver but I've loaded the drive half a dozen times in past week and am successfully printing single sided.

File error
Hi there!
I've got a problem with my printer since the very begining. I thought that it may be caused by the first (delivered) cartriges but recently I've changed them into new ones and the problem still occures.
The printer doesn't print large .pdf documents. Some of them are printed properly and some are not printed at all. If so, there is an alert on the screen: You cannot print this file. File corrupt. If I switch the printer off, it prints a part of the document. I have no problems in printing these documents on other printers.

Slow printing and stalled printing
My printer is connected to an ethernet lan. When I try to print a file, the printer takes a long time to print. Sometimes the file get stuck in the print que and never prints at all.

New Toner Cartridge Causes all color to stop printing on Laserjet CP4005dn
I bought a new yellow toner cartridge for my printer. This was an HP cartridge bought new at Staples. Upon putting in the new cartridge, the printer stopped printing color. I ran 3 Full calibrations and was able to get some color back. But the print was only on part of the page and blurry. Now the black cartridge has started smearing toner all over the back side of the page, transfer sheet has roller marks of toner. I had this problem a couple of months ago and thought the new cartridge was bad. (it was a black cartridge) I put in an old cartridge and the problems all stopped. I doubt 2 totally different cartridges bought months apart are both bad. Any idea if the new cartridges can cause problems in older printers? Is there someway to get around this?

Problems with double sided printing
When I print on both sides, page 1, 3, 5 etc are perfect.
But on page 2, 4, 6 etc the distance the text is printed in relation to the top of the document, seem to be "random".
I prefer text to begin at the same distance from the top of the document on all pages.
I do not have the slightest idea what causes this.
Would be happy if someone know how to correct this.

Printer use color toners on Black and white Printing
Dear all,
I bought an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M176n and 3 Black Toners HP 130A to make 5000 copies today, only of Black and White text sheets, and i noticed that after making 5000 copies and 2and half black toners later that my color toners are more than half empty.
And i only used the red marked button that is supposed to make Black and White copies.
Is it possible that my printer have a problem or malfunction?
Is there any fix for this issue?

Surface Pro 6 didn't work with HP LaserJet 1102w

i want to connect the HP LaserJet 1102w with the Surface Pro 6. But the Printer did not recognised by the Device. Neither by the docking station and the direct connection via USB.

M12W embedded web server
My (new) M12W is working fine, including a wireless connection to my computer.
But how do I access the embedded web server of the printer?
Documentation refers to an address in the form 10.10.xx.xxx, and says to print the configuration sheet (the sheet that is printed after pressing the 'X' key a long time, officially called "Self Test / Device Configuration").
The sheet mentions various IP addresses in the 192.168.x.x range. And it mentions a "Host Name", NPI15BD86.
But none of those appears to work.
I'd like to emphasize that WiFi connectivity is not an issue. I am able to print via WiFi.
Please give me the address to reach this "embedded web server".
