HP LaserJet P1102W Stops Printing
My hp laserjet printer model number P1102W is not printing.It stops in the middle of paper.We tried of reseting the setttings but was not use.Even we switch ON the printer it will on followed by a stuck in the roller.The toner catridge was new.

Error code 0x01620BF9 EC IMAGING_MGR
When trying to print from our HP officejet pro X451DW, the following error code is displayed.
0x01620BF9 EC IMAGING_MGR
Powreing off and on does clear the message for one print cycle but then reappears and stops printing.
How can I identify the problem area and how can I resolve the error.

Printer can't start after Firmware upgrade
Hello ! We have LaserJet Enterprise MFP M527dn.
I upgrade printer's firmware from FutureSmart3 (version 2308955_579074) to FutureSmart4(2406048_029628),
and adter upgrade its cant start , display have black screen an 4 choices on it.
1:Continue
2:Sign In
3:Administrator
4:Service Tools
When i am pooshing continue it's start to load (1/8 , 2/8) and brings me first manu again.

Oil and dry ice smoke!
Hello, can anyone help with this problem please? We have an HP M477fnw. It was involved in an office move during the Christmas period, and has sat in an empty office until yesterday.
When plugged in and turned on, the display illuminated. Then a pop sound came from the rear of the printer, and what looked like dry ice smoke bellowed out from the right hand side and rear. It also has oil leaking from the underside!

Document feeder Mis pick
ADF errow message Document Feeder Miss pick . Reload I cleaned the rollors with bottled water but still get the message and cannot load document. this printer is about 5 years old.

But.... This is not the case. YOU can print from your ipad. Download the HP Smart app. Then all you have to do is save the file to HP Files or Your files.
TaDa... when you select print from that file. It PRINTS!

Won't copy, Won't shut down
I have two of these printers in my office. There are times when I need to copy a single page and put on the glass. I then push the appropriate steps to copy a black document but the printer gets stuck with a rolling circle saying copying. I wait an half hour before i atteppt to shut the printer down. It then goes to a circle with shutting down but hold there until I give up and just unplug it to reset it. The circle is moving in both instances, never freezes.
My office is hectic and I need both printers to work efficiently. One is 2 months old and the other is 1 month old. I am shocked that these issues appeared already.

This has happened several times and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the print driver. Not providing a solution now. When I hit Print, nothing happens and I go to the queue and it says "no paper." There is plenty of paper in the printer. Suggestions invited!

HP MFP m127fn or HP OfficjetPro 8600 OID for total page counter
I'm trying to get printers total page count througth SNMP, the common OID (.1.3.6.1.2.1.43.10.2.1.4.1.1) works well for almost all HP printers but does not work for m127fn and for OfficejetPro 8600.
Do you know how can i get this?

Black Speckles on paper
When printing, the inital page as black speckles on the first part of the page. following pages alear clean. Ran "Cleaning", black speckles appear just after the black arrow, everytime. I can't seem to get rid of the speckles that first appear.

Which USB cable do I need to connect to my Laserjet Pro MFP 127fw and is that all I will need to do?
I recently had my router changed, and since then I cannot print wirelessly. I want to just use a USB cable to connect printer to my imac with OSX 10.12.6 (Sierra). I bought a cable that doesn't fit. Which cable do I need, and when I plug it in, will my printer work now, or will I need to do something else? I don't have any installation disks. Will I need any?

LaserJetPro MFP M127fw no longer connecting to Web Services Server
My LaserJetPro MFP M127fw is no longer able to connect to web services or print from Hp Eprint. I have updated to the firmware to the most current and still getting server connection errors. I am also unable to see printer as an AirPrint printer. Has this printer been removed from supporting web services there is no information online about it being removed that I have found.

M102w paper feeder eats papaer
My brand new (literally) M102w all of a sudden started eating paper! I was running 30 copies of legal length, and on the 28th copy the feeder grabbed the paper by the right side only, twisted the sheet of paper and violently dragged it into the rollers. When the sheet was ejected, it was torn to shreds along its right side, and the final two inches of the sheet on that side were torn off and left inside, just behind the final roller.
Luckily, enough was still sticking out that I could pull it out with a needle-nose.
Experiments with different size and quality of paper yield the same result. I'm afraid to continue for fear of damaging the internals... that paper feeder is REALLY violent!

Printer recognized as an optical drive rather than printer
I have a Windows 10 64-bit operating system and an HP laptop and my printer was working fine a few months ago. Now, whenever I connect it it's recognized as a CD drive or optical drive rather than an actual printer. I tried a manual installation and it kept giving me an error after the USB connection was finished. I tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in, turning my computer off and back on, etc. I've also tried uninstalling the device then plugging in the USB again and it still recognizes it as a CD drive. I've never used a CD to install the product there was always an automatic installation screen that would come up but it's not working anymore. Every time I try to see the contents of the CD drive it gives me an error and says "access denied." I'm afriad to call the HP support because I've had this printer for years and the warranty has expired. I also read that HP can charge you a fee for service if you don't have a warranty on the printer.
Any help would be great.

LJ M608 Prompts for Tray 1 manual feed instead of going to Envelope feeder
We have recently purchased the LJ M608 network printer and the Envelope feeder tray to replace an aging HP printer. Our company work load includes a lot of printing both letters and envelopes from MS Word 2010 and a Java application. I have the printer installed on a dedicated print server running Server 2008. All of our computers are Win7 32 or 64 bit.
I have the print driver set to automatically decide which trays to use for what, and I have tray 2 set to Letter paper size and Plain for the type, and tray 3 set to Envelope and size to Envelope #10, the only ones we use.
Every single time we send an envelope to print, it prompts for manual feed on tray 1 and stops all printing waiting for that input, with an "options" on the small screen that will allow me to tell it to go to tray 3. I cannot get it to automatically go to tray 3 for envelopes automatically for most print jobs. I have tried specifying in print preferences to use tray 3, in which case it will print the envelope fine, but then prints the letter behind it also on envelopes.
Here are some of the things I've tried after searching all over these forums:
- I cannot disable manual feed on this model. The option does not exist that I can find. For manual feed prompt I have only two options, always prompt, and prompt on mismatch.
- I have tried specifying what size and type for all three trays, even giving tray 1 a type that we'll never use (A4) and it still prompts for manual feed.
- When it's prompting, it is asking for a number 10 envelope, plain, which is exactly what I have tray 3 set for.
- I have tried telling it in the driver settings how to handle envelopes
I have checked, double checked, and triple checked the tabs in the trays holding the paper, as I know that is a common user error.
Whether I tell it to go to Tray 3 or I tell it to automatically select, it always prompts for a manual feed and stops all printing until a user tediously scrolls down a long prompt saying to feed the specified #10 envelope, select "options", select the tray 3 which indicates that it has #10 envelopes, and then scroll down to the OK button. I'm not exaggerating that it's about 12 button taps if you know what your doing, not just hitting OK.
I updated the firmware but had no change, and I checked that the settings were the same on the server, and on the users computers. Anyone else have trouble with the envelope feeder and not directing to the tray automatically?
