I am using HP LaserJet MFP M130fn.
I have forgotten the Administrator password which I had setup for accessing the webpage or the router page of printer. It keeps asking for username and password.
I do not remember both. 
Also while trying to access some features using the printer touchscreen, it is asking for a password.
I am totally blank, as I do not remember both.
Kindly help.
HI HP Team. I have an HP Pro MFP M177fw printer that connect wireless. It gives me the following message, “Jam in print paper path. Open door and clear jam”. I already opened all the printer doors that I can think of, without any success. There is also no paper that is jamming the printer. Can you please assist?

I installed a new router and now I can't print wireless. A message gets sent to the printer and when I put the computer in the docking station it then prints.

I've downloaded HP LaserJet Full Feature Software and Driver 15.0.15188.928 and during the installation it on windows 8.1 x64 after waiting about 10 mins and 99% I got the error that says about a fatal error (the installation process took a lot of time).
So I've tried to change different USB-cable, USB-port on the PC - the same result.
Could you tell me please how to fix the problem?

Our M551 has only 53K pages printed and we have been told the ITB must be replaced. As this costs $300 more than the printer itself, I need more info before i present the issue to those who pay the bills here. Is this normal or even "heard of"? It is, of course, well out of warranty as it is 3 years old...but...it is ONLY 3 years old and only shows 53K pages on the usage page.
after printing 6 or 7 pages, the print image drifts to the left making the resulting copy useless.
Is HP Bright White Paper A1 Roll suitable for use on a laserjet printer?
I am only asking about monochrome, not colour.
I am also assuming that the laserjet I choose will be capable of printing a banner.
I am able to install this printer from the network, but it will not install the drivers when it asks to browse for them. I have installed them from the HP site and it always runs into an installation error when prepping to install. The printer did not come with an installation disc.
What do I do?
How does it work under Ubuntu 16.04 LTS ? I am not able to scan few pages into one pdf
There is an option # of pages to scan, but it only duplicates the scan pages.
Getting an error message:
HP CLJM477 Scan not found
when I try to scan something from my desktop that is in the feeder tray on the scanner.
This happened after I downloaded updates to the printer drivers. I did that because all of my scans from the tray were coming out crooked.

I am running OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4 and a wireless HP laser jet printer, model number cm1415fnw. Until I upgraded to this latest operating system, I had no problems printin, now, I am no longer able to print.
I was able to print the test page. Steps taken: Installed software updates; deleted and reinstalled printer; deleted residual printer folders.
I have 2 HP laptops that can print from cm1415fnw. Please help.

I am facing an issue with printing and copying in M1132 MFP. While printing/copying, the printer is printing only black horrizontal lines. Its not printing any thing other than black lines. After printing, its showing "HP" in controll panel and attention light is blinking.
Kindly help me to identify this issue. Your early response will be highly appreciated.

I have a HPLJ4650 printer.Recently, im having problem while printing docs.The Black/Grayscale shows faded quality.Pri ting colors docs seems Ok.
After updating to latest firmware [cljM775fw_2308214_000932] on printer, when we now select Save to Network Folders we have a new display indicating that Sign In - Network Folders is required. If we select either OK or Cancel we progress through and complete the scan, but would prefer the display be disabled. Any advice as to methodology on how we can disable this screen would be appreciated.
The printer works fine but will not scan - error message on printer screen reads:
The scan could not be completed due to one or more of the following issues:
-Connection to the computer is lost
-The scan application on the computer is currently in use
-OCR application is not installed on the computer
The message on the computer screen reads:
The HP Scan application does not contain a short cut corresponding to your selection. Please uninstall and reinstall the software that came with your product and try again.
I have reinstalled software but still not able to scan and same message errors, I have also installed HP printer doctor and can complete a test scan from the computer but no short cut on screen - please help
We have recently purchased a HP Laserjet Pro MFP M277DW Printer.
All connedted to WIFI and working fine. Except it keeps losing its connection to the WIFI router.
The router is only 5m away on opposit side of room. The only way of re estatblishinmg the WIFI connection is to turn the printer off and back on again. This then works fine for a while then goes again. All other devices on the wireless network are fine and dont drop out.
Any suggestions please ?
