laserjet MFP M477FDW error "Fax hardware is either missing or not seated"
Hi I have a 2 month old laser jet MFP M477FDW, it has been able to send faxes for 2 months and is now giving the following error "Fax hardware is either missing or not seated" on power up and when trying to send a fax. I am based in Australia and I am having no luck contact HP support, the web chat does not support this product the phone number repeatedily disconnects, when I try to open a ticket online the url doesn't work. Doea anyone have an e-mail address I can contact the support team for this product that supports the Australia customer base?

Replaced cartridges and it sounds like wrinkled paper when it runs.
After replacing the balck and blue printer cartridges, the printer runs, but it sounds like wrinkled paper is in the printer. I removed both of the new cartiridges and it still has the wrinkled paper sound. Any suggestions or insights? Thank you.

New Dell laptop need Laserjet 6P driver
Received new Dell laptop from corporate located in Sweden. Cannot find driver on HP site. It suggests to do a Windows update but that is controlled by Administrator. I have no way of doing a windows update. I need to print today!

LaserJet M102W Delay between print jobs
We are using a HP Laserjet M102W connected via USB in our school cafeteria. We originally had trouble with the PC (Windows 7) recognizing the USB, but corrected that with a powered USB hub. That worked great for about a week, but now the printer has a delay between print jobs. For example, if I print 13 copies of a document, it will print one, wait about 15 seconds and then print the next, wait 15 seconds, then print the next - and so on. These are simple Excel spreadsheets, so we should not be experiencing these delays. Would we have better performance if the we connected wirelessly instead of using the USB? Thanks!

HP M477 only prints landscape from web
When printing from the web, I only get landscape orientation. The print properties say portrait. And when printing from word, it prints portrait. Test page prints portrait. HELP

"Until cartridges are installed, make sure the printer is turned on to avoid damage to the printer"
I recently removed my printhead to clean it when I noticed my yellow color was a little off.
When I reinserted the printhead and (genuine) HP cartridges, I'm now getting a continuous message of "Until cartridges are installed, make sure the printer is turned on to avoid damage to the printer".
Have tried other instructions on here to restart the printer, remove and reinstall cartridges, updated firmware, etc.
When I try to "Restore Factory Defaults", at the last step it again circles me back to this same error message.

HP LaserJet CP2025 - End of Life? Really? Need non-universal print drivers
This printer is about 6 years and still going strong. Problem is the universal print drivers for windows 10 aren't working, namely it won't double side print. HP Support basically said "tough noogies" it's reached EOL in terms of support and just go buy a new one. Really? I mean, I got this second hand when the boss decided to take it upon herself to solve this problem. Anyway, anyone know where I can find maybe windows XP or 8 or 7 print drivers to see it that'll fix the problem?

The printer is turned on and it displays it is in Ready mode.
I am able to print to it and that is it.
Scan, Copy and fax do not work from the pc or the unit itself.

trouble printing envelopes
Recently I have been having trouble printing envelopes with trying to get the mailing address and return address in the correct place. The return address is too high and a few lines are off the top and left side of the envelope. The mailing address has moved further to the left of the center of the envelope.
I am using Microsoft Office and have never had this problem before.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

Re: HP M477MFP drivers will not install HP SCAN application (HP CLJM477 Scan Driver)
This did not work for me. After literally spending a FULL DAY debugging this problem, including digging through everything the installer does with "procmon" (unfortunately did not help my understand what is going wrong here), I found that the Installer does not work if I previously had installed a printer with the HP Universal PCL 6 driver. Even on a brand-new freshly installed clean Windows 10 system it did not installed the Scan App when I had previously installed a HP CP1515n with the latest Univeral PCL 6 Print driver.
Once I removed all printers from the system, including the CP1515n and its Universal PCL 6 print driver, I was finally able to install the M426/M477 software. Even then the installer only got to 11% but at least the Scan Application was now on the system and working.
HP, your installation software for the M426 Series and M477 Series is totally abysmal and has more bugs than features.
Please fix this!

Blank pages only, including demo page and cleaning page
My OS has no bearing on this problem -- the printer prints blank pages only even when printing a demo or cleaning page directly from the printer itself. I have upgraded my OS a few times and this problem has persisted throughout.
It started out printing the most garbled pages I've ever seen -- all-over crosshatches of multiple colors or prints in which the page is clearly overlayed multiple times. I upgraded the firmware and now it prints only blank or pastel bands, which look much like someone colored the page lightly with a crayon in bands, various colors horizontally on the page.
I've tried calibration, cleaning, replacing ALL toner carts with brand new ones, and unplugging it for 60 seconds. I have reset to default. I have plugged it directly into a wall outlet.
First two images are demo pages from before everything went completely blank. The third image is a color picture printed from my Mac.

Unable to connect to printer, tried to uninstall but now cant reinstall beacuse ip is incorrect?
We have the printer hooked up wirelessly. Been working perfectly fine until we tried to print something this morning and it said it was unable to communicate with the printer. Tried to reset the computer & printer. Redid the wireless network wizard on the printer. It said on both the printer & computer that they were connected but it still wouldnt print anything. Finally decided to try and uninstall the printer & reinstall it, but now I can't install because when it tells my to put in the ip address it says the ip address ive entered is incorrect (even though its exactly what it says on the printer....) I'm at a total lose of what to try here.

HP 1536 not printing
HP Laser Jet 1536 will not print a Microsoft Word document. When I select "print" function from the printer menu it goes to the print que but then noting happens. The print que shows the document but it will not continue, it sits in the que showing a blank status or as "Printing". There seems to be no reason for either status. It will "Delete" them when selected and show "Deleting" in the status box. When the printer is shut of while the print function is present in the print que it will show the document as "Deleting". I have rebooted my computer and powered my printer off prior to attempting to solve the problem [reloaded software after doing this]. Have also reloaded from the installation disc and started with everything "Uninstalled". The "HP Print and Scan Doctor 5" stops loading at the very end of the process. The printer readout shows "Ready" status and is on "Auto".

HP2600 cycles at odd times
Just bought the above printer at auction yesterday. It works fine, but about 10 minutes after I used it, it started up and sounded like it was going to print something. Didn't do that, kept running and clicking a few things for a minute or so, then settled down. Red/Green LEDs were blinking alternately while it was going. I've had Brother inkjet printers that would "clean the printheads" (waste ink) every day, but what's a laser printer doing? I've had a 1300n for years and never observed any similar behavior.
