The problem is that printer and computer don´t cooperate. Can´t send pages to writer out on the printer.Wondering if there is a new firmware to update. If there is, where do I find it?

Retain printer settings
My staff sent me this ticket and I need help resolving it.
When she sets up the printer at her desk for the parameters the jobs, the printer itself is not
retaining the parameters for that job.
( She is printer from Publisher a layout for seedling choices. She is printing 3 files on cardstock that use the same printer property settings.)
She has to go to the printer and select from the pop up menu and tell it to use card stock for each print job and which tray to use.
Is there a way that it would print all 3 pages without end user having to be at the printer to release all 3?

hp laserjet 700 m775 shows: 50.1f.00 fuser error
Hello everyone,
i have the issue with my laserjet 700 m775 printer. it shows:
50.1f.00 fuser error
To continue turn off then on
Turn power off then on, if this problem still appears record the message and contact support
it shows after i put the new drum to the machine.
Here is what i did:
i did turn off , unplug the power plug, re-sit the drum and sure no label or sticker on the drum cartridge. it show the same error after power backon. Also, i put the old drum back and which is working fine. however, the print out was grey out in the middle of the page.
the machine is out of the warranty now.
can anyone help?

chunks of dried ink clogging paper feed?
there must have been a slow ink leak. I find chunks of what must be dried printer ink on the bottom of the ink cartridge chamber. More dried ink seems to be clogging the mechanism that operates the small roller sitting on top of the paper stack. The roller does not turn to feed the paper into the printer.
How can I open the printer to clean the roller driver?
I've already tried the recommended paper jam processes.
My printer in not under warranty.
the rollers are clean.

Control panel won't go to blue screen.
Printer in error mode, only a red x on control panel. Turned on printer, unplug the power cord at the back and then unplug from wall socket. Home light came and all the arrows too but control panel won't go to blue screen. Changed the control panel with a reformist ed that I bought at eBay but it has same problem, it doesn't go to a blue screen. What else should I do?

I have recently installed a Windows 10 operating system and am having problems printing word docs
Every time I try to print a word document I get the following error: Windows cannot print due to a problem with a current printer setup.
I notices a similar problems was resolved with other printers by changing the system temp folder. I have a standalone machine, how do I modify the temp folder location? Any other suggestions will be gratefully accepted. I have already reinstalled the printer several times. I could not print a test page at the end of the installation everything else is fine.

I just got a new printer (D3L09A) which replaced a CP5525.
I have extra supplies such as a fuser kit CE977A (110V). Can it be used on the new printer?
The replacement part is a CE978A (220V).
What is the difference they are both powered by standard North American Power (110V)

HP P2055DN - 52 SCANNER ERROR
I have a P2055DN that I had to open up to remove an off-brand toner cartridge that came apart in the machine.
After I put the machine back together, when I powered it up, I got the error message 52 SCANNER ERROR.
I wasn't having this error before the problem with the toner.
I got a used scanner that was supposedly working fine, but after replacing, I have the same problem as before.
My next step is to purchase a new scanner, but before I do, I want to check to see if there is something I might be neglecting to do, if there is something else that might be the trouble that presents itself as a scanner error 52, or if there is some way to check to see if the scanner that I have is in fact good (or if my original, which I can sacrifice if neccessary, is good).

HP LaserJet 1200 Noise
I recently installed a maintenenace kit in our LaserJet 1200. This involved a new transfer roller, both paper pickup pieces (not sure of their proper names) and a refurbished fuser. After completion the printer produces good text with no other issue other than that now it makes a very short duration sound (squeak) like plastic rubbing against plastic when the initial pickup of the paper takes place. This does not cause a paper jam or any error code to be generated and does not seem to impair the print process at all. It makes me think that I installed or reassembled the printer so that something is slightly misaligned. If anyone here can provide a hint as to where to focus on this issue I would appreciate any and all help. I am possession of the HP Service Manual for this printer and not afraid to dismantle the printer again to get to the problem. Thanks in advance.

ADF non funziona
Segnalo che l'ADF non funziona e i fogli non si muovono affatto. Sul display compare la scritta "Doc. caricato" ma nell'alimentatore non c'è nulla. Se faccio una scansione esce questo errore:
"Nessun elemento rilevato nell'alimentatore automatico documenti. Posizionare gli originali nell'alimentatore automatico documenti e riavviare la scansione." ma continua a non funzionare.

HP Laserjet Pro 400 m401d discontinue in Vietnam
The supplier of HP in Can Tho confirm us that the HP Laserjet Pro 400 m401d series (using 80a cartridge) is discontinued in Vietnam after sending wrong version to us. The available Laserjet Pro 400 m401d printers on market are the leftover. They send us another version Laserjet pro m402d (using 26a cartridge). They said this is the customer issue and won't take the printer back. It's disgusting. So please help confirm Laserjet Pro 400 m401d is stopped selling in Vietnam and change to m402d series.

Dispose of a bunch of old printers; HP1610, 2140, 3833, 4500, & 4620 any memory to wipe on these?
Hello HP Forum:
We're doing some basement/storage cleaning and found that we have a gaggle of old printers we need to dispose of!
All are HP's: 1610, 2140, 3833, 4500, & 4620...
1-We are wondering if any of these old HP mostly, Office Jet Printers, have any Memory or Hard Drives that need to be wiped/removed/destroyed prior to disposal?
2-By the way..are the printers safe to go into the regular trash pick-up or should we be finding an "Electronics" recycler to take them to??

Cannot connect via USB via Macbook PRo
THere seems to be no way to do several things. I do'nt want to muck up this post with too many things, but:
-I cannot print via USB, no matter what I try. I can hear the printer make a sound that it wakes up when I plug in via USB, but It will not print.
We are having TONS of issues with our wifi at m studio. I would lOVE To be able to print via USB (and I think it iwll be tons faster.)
Too many hiccups on my 2 month old machine to be very happy right now. This is the main issue.

Printing illogical texts
When printing the contents of PDF, Word documents or NotePad, the printer will use a lot of papers (much more than the pages I choose to print) and each paper has nothing but illogical texts. However, the printer is able to print the contents selected on a web browser successfully (only the selected contents; if I choose to print the whole web page, it fails again).
