model 4110 rollers will not pick up paper to print. Message states "out of paper reload tray"

I have followed instructions on how to correct this problem. Rollers have been wiped clean , test runs have been done but nothing seems to work. Rollers seem not to operate to advance paper forward. in oder to print.
