I have a HP7310xi All-in-One printer that was installed and working fine intermittentently. The print fuction was working fine but when launching the HP solution center, it says the device is not installed. I removed all the software, the drivers then reinstalled but the installation software does not find the printer. It is connected via eathernet, has a valid IP, and is accessable through the web browser. I have followed all the steps in the "HP Solutions for Install Errors (Windows 7)" software which included disabelining all non-micorsoft services and all startup programs, but the software still does not detect the device. I reinstalled the print driver through the windows device manager and it prints fine without the software but it will not scan documents to the computer.
