Dear experts,
I use a Compaq Presario CQ56 with windows 7. I have just purchased a replacement printer, HP Deskjet 2510
all in one. I have set it up, following the instructions, and used the disk supplied. The printer is shown as installed, and it works fine copying, and I can send a document to it for printing ok. However, when I go to HP Solution Centre, to scan a document, it says it cannot operate as the installation is not complete. I have re-installed it 3 times with the same result.
Any help, in simple terms, would be appreciated. Regards, fisherman.
