Have had printer for a couple of years now. It is/has been default printer on Antec tower running win7 64 bit. It is also available to use wirelessly on an identicle Antec, an HP laptop, a Dell laptop and a Toshiba laptop in my home. It has worked flawlessly until recently. Home is networked wired and wirelessly.
I will send a job to the printer, it will say it's printing byt nothing happens. Ultimately, I get an error message and have to delete the print job. I'll then get a message that there is a problem with an ink cartridge (both new). After this happens, the printer never powers down and will not turn off by the power switch. The only way to turn it off and print again is to unplug the printer and start from scratch.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer more times than I care to admit with the same results and I get mad at myself for spending as much time on this matter as I have. I found an update that was supposed to fix printing issues but it made no difference.
If no one has any suggestions then I would appreciate a suggestion on a similarly sized model. The ePrint ability isn't as important as the wireless one.
