I have the HP photosmart 7520 all in one printer. Everything has been working great, but after two months, my scanning to email option has decided to just stop. When I hit the button "scan" then "email" I then select my email address. I click on "document" "continue" and "scan to email". I immediatley get a response that the scan failed. I can either try again or hit exit. I have tried everything to solve this problem and nothing seems to work. I desperatly need this fixed because I use it for work. Any suggestions?
