Will someone help me on how to reset this HP LJ5550dn printer? We received this printer from the surplus department and we don't know what the printer's administrator password is. I need to reset the password. So far I have tried this step by step instruction but it's not working. There is no "GO" button but a "Check" button. I did press that button but instead of the Attention light came on alone, all three led lights came on at once. I tried various ways with the Check button pressed while turn on the power and nothing works. Any suggestion is much appreciated.
