Hello! I recently moved and when I opened the box for my HP Photosmart B8850 printer there was about a 1/4 cup of what felt and looked like oil in the box. It appeared to have leaked from the interior of the printer (found it inside) into the box. There was no leak on the exterior of the box so it appears it came from the printer. Where did this come from? Is this bad and do I need to replace a part? Can I safely plug it in? Thank you!
