I had to change a print cartridge. I began to print and the message appeared. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. I went through all the steps and the problem was still present. The last thing I had to do was to contact HP. I couldn't make contact. I would like to know if I need to clean the rack the cartridges sit in. And if I do how do I accomplish the clean up job and what solutions do I need?
