Black ink cartridge ran out so changed it for a new one. Colour ink cartridges were low but I left them in as only wanted to print something in black. No black print at all. Ran all recommended tests, including unplugging the printer, updating software, cleaning vent head non cartridge, all to no avail. Then put in all new colour cartridges too but this didn't make the black ink work either. What is the problem?? I have been running this printer on Linux for 5 years without issue. Guess it is now about 8 years old so well out of warranty but printing was fine until I needed to change the black cartridge.
