Can't change the print quality on my HP color laserjet M454dw

I'm trying out the HP laserjet pro M454dw for laser dark heat transfer paper to print shirts and when I go into printer settings I cannot change the print quality. The option is greyed out no matter what I choose otherwise. I would like to get the print quality as high as possible doing this also. Any suggestions??
