Hi, I have some problems concerned about error message in the subject.
The printer is a deskjet 3520 series, the s.o. is xp spack 3.
the printer is in on the net by wireless.
On xp, it seems work because the test software work fine, and it is possible print some test pages, scanning, verify ink level and so on.. but if try to launch some printings from word, or acrobat reader, it fails.
Further, if I try to examine property page by "Printers and faxes" operating system page it fails too, and display the message error reported in the subject.
