A wonderful person sent me install connection so I could install an old 7210 on my laptop with win 7. I installed it on one laptop with no problems as this is not wireless i tried to install in on second laptop, I get to "Configuring product" then gives me a fatal error message. No error number. Claims it has downloaded a fix and to uninstall product and run fix. The fix it sent is in text not an actual runnable program. Calls it "HP Instalilation error win 7" but it is on my notepad and opens as a word document. Unless it is buried somewhere that I can't find. Worked fine of first laptop..HELP Thanks
