I have had to wipe my laptop due to a virus, tried to reinstall my office HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n. tried to install from HP site and it only gave me the drivers and not the desktop software, and it has not installed properly, cannot operate or reload any software. please help
