does not print, won't feed paper

I have a HP 3050A Deskjet printer.

Recently I've tried to print and can not. The feed does not engage the paper except to spin and make a lot of clicking noise. I get an error message of "Out Of Paper", "Paper Jam". I clear the jam and nothing is fixed. Still doesn't pick up the paper to print, just makes the loud clicking sound.

I have Windows 7 64 bit.

I reinstalled the software and updated the drive already. I cannot run a test page of course.
