I have an issue. Purchased an Officejet 7610 recently and am trying to get it installed. Orginally I wanted to set it up to use wireless printing so that other would be able to simply come in and print off of it without having to plug into the USB. I have tried numerous times at this and can't seem to get it to work. It will detect the printer but when it goes to install it wirelessly it fails. I have tried disabling the firewall and all of the HP Print and Scan doctor and Troubleshooting tricks.
I just want to be able to print now. So I tried the USB installation. Everything seems to go through fine, but when the installation completes only the fax option installs to my devices and printers. I've tried all of the troubleshooting that I thought possible and will provide any more details anyone might think they need. Just frustrated at this point and not sure what else to try.
