designjet t7100 failing to print but shows queue suspect hard disk?

I have a designjet t7100 cq105 model customer sends jobs to the plotter they appear in the queue and say they are processing and thats all, they fail to start printting they then have to re-boot the machine then the prints start untill

the next time it locks up. I suspect the hard disk has anybody experienced this fault
