How to replace print cartridge protector

Hi,

I have a HP Photosmart printerC7280, the print cartridge protector has came off from the printer, i don't know how it came off from printer, may be some opened the printer , i am not sure. Then i found the catridge protector below the printer (Part No:H/P 5064-4554). My printer is not working at present, it says cartridge problem and replace the cartridge.

Kindly let me know how to replace the print cartridge protector into the printer.
